In heads up play, the options to bet are in fractions to pot. It would be much better if they went X big blinds. Its a pain to click on the bet slider.

Glad to see someone else expressing an interest in this. Hopefully a rep from WPN or ACR will see this suggestion, and pass it along to the appropriate department.

Why isn't there a different sound when there's a raise? Some sites even have three betting sounds:

Bet
Raise
All In

On WPN, all we get is "Chips."

Does anybody else have issues with the rewards page? I used to be able to see the different tabs and view my deposit bonus etc, but now I just see a Beast leaderboard with missing icons no usable tabs. I have no way to claim my bonus or check to see how much I've cleared.

Any help?

You switch to rakeback? I know when you get rakeback you cant see the rewards page thats normally showed and it shows the beast leader board, with a tab to see your rakeback for the week.

Tournament tables need a tab that shows important info such as: current place, next blind levels, time till next blind increase, time till next break, and # of places paid. Also need to be able top open more than one tournament lobby at a time.

I am new to getting familiar with ACR. When I google them however, I notice that all links to their site are flagged by my antivirus (McAfee) as either not tested or potentially dangerous. This is in contrast to having typical green check mark next to link indicating that it is ok to click on link. Anyone else have this with their antivirus protection running on their computer too? I just want to be cautious before I download the client software onto my computer.

When will the Windows/IE Certificate issues be resolved?

One site issue I notice is that if you UNregister from a specific SNG and come back a few minutes later to register for it again the system will not allow you to register. You have to log off the entire network and then log back in to re-register.

Ive always wanted a way to save my own table layout im not a fan of tile because its too much eye movements and long session are tough and cascading eventually moves the drag bar below my screen

Surprised there haven't been any suggestions recently. Is everybody now completely satisfied with the software? Where are my green clubs in the solid deck?!

Definitely could still use some more standard upgrades. I'm pretty happy with it as it is - but of course, I'm not a big grinder or anything. Multiple tourney lobbies needs to happen, too.

Does anyone have any idea about the MAC client coming out!?

Being able to save how tables are setup would be huge...

they need to fix the lag, its tolerable, and not the worst ever but it def lags more than Merge, especially when u click links within the client

^^ It doesn't bother me and I seem to be relatively lucky avoiding disconnects - but I might play 1-2 tournaments every other day on average, so that's not exactly an all-encompassing viewpoint. It could definitely stand some basic improvements, but overall I don't think it's as bad as its rep within the online poker community might seem to make it.

this. I was hesitant to give WPN a shot but having played here for about a week, I have to say the software is actually good. it crushes bovada software, Juicy Stakes, Intertops, etc.

Merge and WPN are def leading the industry for USA grinders as far as software goes. I have been playing many tables and cant say I have any complaints. Tables are popping to front, I have not saw one glitch. Once thus far in maybe ~12 hours of play, my client did suddenly close down, no clue, just vanished without a warning. But, I opened it back up and my sngs opened up with it. I was down for maybe 50 seconds tops.

overall, very pleased with the direction of WPN and their software.

yesterday while playing I had a pop-up on a table, it wanted me to verify something, basically the current hand taking place. It was a bit confusing, but I am assuming it was to make sure I wasnt botting. It was very hard to udnerstand exactly what it was asking, there were two options if i remember correctly, and while playing a ton of tables it was hard to read and comprehend. Well, i must have done something right because I continued playing.

Because it doesn't do any good. Make suggestions (like eliminate the Beast) and they make it their main promotion.

Suggestions to fix bugs and issues go ignored, not addressed.

I still can't play at all, the security certificate error appears behind the lobby, no way to click on them, nothing works.

Pointless to do for free, as there are so many things that need improving from very basic (easy) to more complicated/ ambitious..
