Yeah its a glitch for HU cash tables only as it seems and I forwarded it to them several times ...

System just crashed and I was HU in the $33 $3K, luckily had him about 2:1 or more so hopefully I'll get 1st place money but how frustrating. Been on a long dry spell and wanted an outright win sooooo bad :/

i read nothing but negativity in regards to this software, it sounds horrendous

I just logged into ACR site, sat at a table, [Test] Play Money 25/50 under the acr.com software.

I then focused to the lobby window, started scrolling around on tables with the table behind the lobby window and when my turn came, the table came up over the lobby for me to act on.

• Which client is this happening on for you
• How many tables open if more than 1

Is there anything specific you saw that turned you off?

Like any other forum on the internet, for any product or service, a lot of the content about said product is usually people experiencing problems / voicing concerns, far less people make threads praising products, but in with the threads about the issues, you do find people with compliments.

The difference are the companies that read those threads and make changes to better the product, which reading over other posts about WPN you will see are done as well to the best of our abilities.

Recently i have started a document with the issue listed here to try and better understand the volume of issues, are they isolated, are they broad and affecting many people and so on. Me being in I.T, i cant stand it when things don't work, i can't stand it even more when it is out of my control to fix it, so i try to get my fingers into everything!

As for new additions and major changes, that is not my department, but i know the WPN Tourney director takes note of a lot of items listed here, from there it then becomes a matter of priority vs possibility vs need. We all think our own idea's are the best and should be done, I am always in debates with my fellow I.T guys over various other sites i visit over idea's, sometimes they make sense, sometimes they don't and the majority of people would not require said idea or ever use it while other ideas and suggestion make you go "Why didnt i think of that sooner!"

Having said that, some changes are quick and easy while others require days or weeks of just design, and then testing and implementation, so while it may seem like we are not doing anything sometimes on the front lines, there is always plenty of work going on in the background for improving the network, some of these items may not be visible in the end to the user directly, other are.

I assure you, we watch 2+2 like hawks, we want the feedback, we want to know what is wrong, or missing so we can work to give the user what they want in a site.

Issues I constantly have:

--The window not popping up thing as mentioned above
--After playing for a while, sometimes 10 minutes sometimes 30 minutes I no longer can register for any tournament/SNG, I have to close the entire software and reload it in order to keep playing HUSNGs.
--HUSNGs disappearing/not regenerating so the lobbies don't offer any of the games I play

when can we get multiple tournament lobbies open at the same time??? Do you understand how annoying it is to see where you are at constantly by having to go back to the main lobby find it open then go back to find whatever other tournies you are in and so forth...wack Arnold

I didn't realize they had another theme! Good to know, i shall keep the font the stock color.

All sites crash even wonderful PokerStars. WPN may not have the best software there is but their customer service is great. When I had that crash when I was HU the other night by the time I got on the next day the money was already in my account. I couldn't find it anywhere in my account details so that I could get the exact amount for my spreadsheet so I called support and they were very helpful. I've had to call support a few times over the last 15 months I've played on WPN and it's always been top notch.

Cashouts on WPN are always reliable. I've gotten WU and checks and never had to wait long for either. The tournament schedule is rapidly improving and the new SNG promo coming up sounds great.

All that said for reliable cash outs and great customer service I can live with slightly buggy software and they're rapidly improving that as well.

At least WPN cares enough about what we think to have a support thread on this forum, no other US facing site bothers.

Are you aware of any players reporting problems with husng rematches being canceled despite both players hitting accept? A small box will pop up with a box saying "Warning Rematch was canceled".

In my experience this happens literally about half the time both players hit accept, and I'm sure I play more games than anyone else on the network.

Often it'll cause the other player to not resit and just leave.

#1. (easiest)CAN WE PLEASE...please match up THE site time and the tourney time.. one is on the 24 hour clock (site time) and the other on the 12 (tounrey time).. since Im not even in that time zone be nice if these at least matched..
#2 Opening main and overall tourney lobbies when closing a table.. (kinda annoyin) would be nice if you could turn off this function.
#3 separate window for overall tounrey lobby.. it looks exactly the same as the other main lobby.. not really sure why it need a separate window as opposed to the information within the white box just changing.
#4 when trying to open a tourney lobby for information (like standing in a tourney..which would be nice if that info was just available in the info tab on the actual table, but..) it opens the overall tourney lobby and highlights the tourney that you have selected.. and then you have to manually double click that highlighted item. First that highlighted item sometime jumps to a different one or is still highlighted but not shown (you have to scrolll down or up to see it, in order to double click it)
would be easiest to have some of that info available on table>have a this tounrey lobby tab (opens tourney page)> have it at least not jump around..
#5 multiple tourney lobbies open.. or even better look at Lock 2.0 tourney lobby.. I has tabbed tourney lobbies within one window.. kinda nice..

This happens ALL THE TIME. I reported it before and was told it was probably my computer causing the issues, lol.

i have seen 2 reports of it, and both times it was because one of the 2 players did not have the funds to be able to rematch.

Thanks for the response. Last I heard from support a few days ago someone up the tech chain was looking into it.

They kept trying to say it was because of lack of funds until I sent them two tourney ID's where in both cases the problem happened then the person proceeded to sit me in another game within 10 seconds (one actually sat me higher)

Obv in some cases it legit is due to lack of funds but there's no way this is the case for all of the hundreds of times I've seen it.

I was getting a runtime error whenever I clicked on the deposit, withdrawl, or p2p in the cashier window. I only had chrome. Downloaded Internet Explorer now it works.

Happens all the time all i play is HUSNGs. If you look @ your cashier after you play a game it can take a minuet for the winnings to appear.

It is due to lack of funds. I just tested it. most likely the player is multi tabling on the end of his roll, he might win the game the rematch may be declined but he can resit you once the funds from the winnings are processed. It is annoying but we are playing several under rolled players.

SB LIMPING INTO BB BEST SIZING ISSUES

How come when the small blind limps into the big blind we don't have the raise 2x 3x 4x 5x option. Instead it shows bet 1/3 1/2 2/3 which when clicked doesn't do a thing. I'm sure I would get more snap calls if it was quick and easy to size my raise rather than having to manually put in the bet size and give the fish time to think about what he's doing. Particularly annoying heads up too!

In the tournament lobby please get rid of showing all the buyins with the cash amount and the Tourney Buck buyin right next to it. It is repetitive and clutters up the lobby which takes away from the experience rather than enhance it. It should be rather obvious that if you have tourney bucks they are equal to regular dollar amounts, but can be only used for tournies. I've never seen another poker site do this and there is a reason for that. Thanks.

And how about more Pocket Aces per session?

Please add a bankroll protection option like the Revolution network has. In other words, if you don't have X amount off big blinds for that particular stake, you will not be allowed to sit down at the table. Would anyone else like to see this option?
