I just experienced a lobby freeze unlike the kind of glitches/freezes I have experienced on WPN many times, as a long time player on the network.

I was just playing a $50 MTT and the top 12 cashed. I was paying attention to the lobby as it got close to the bubble to see how many were left at the other table and how close I was to the bubble. When there were actually 14 left the player list in the lobby showed 12 left. There were 12 players on the list with chips next to their name and every other player on the list had "finished" next to theirs. My name was in the 12th position with my correct chip count. The next thing I know i'm 3betting all in with AJ against an aggressive big stack and I lose and it says "You have just finished in 14th." I was shocked because I have never seen a lobby display LESS players left than there actually were. The lobby always takes about 5 seconds to refresh, and sometimes the lobby will freeze up and not refresh at all and I have to restart the client. But never has this happened where it somehow removes players from the list and displays the final 12 with chip counts. After getting knocked out I noticed that the player who was to my left was not on the list at all. This player is still not shown on the list in the lobby anywhere, as the final table is playing right now.

This was pretty sick b/c I was in for 2 buy ins and was really playing ICM poker making sure I cashed.

So be careful about trusting what the lobby says around the bubble in tourneys.

I guess I should have known there couldn't be only 12 left since there was only one or two empty seats at my table. Still pretty confusing when the lobby displays false information.

My $0.02 for Software Improvement:

1. Auto-timebank. This is a real pain in the rear playing anything above 4 tables.

2. Multiple tourney lobby's. We should be able to have the lobby of every tourney we're in open, and at least one more to look for the next one. When sitting at the table and you press the lobby button, it should open the lobby window for the tournament you are in, not take you to the main tourney screen.

3. If you're registered in a tournament, and you log in after it has started, the table should automatically load for you. As it is now, you have to find your tournament, go to the lobby, then take your seat manually.

4. It appears the ante animation is on even though animations are disabled in the client. My action menu doesn't appear until all the antes post, and if you're first to act, sometimes you're already on the timer when they finish. Not nice when playing multiple tournaments. (especially without auto-timebank)

I haven't played on acr, but is it just me or the tables don't auto pop up? I have no idea, how you could really multitable to much unless you have a big screen.

it's hands down the best software out there, just have to wait 6 to 8 weeks on withdrawals, unless u request multiple, then it comes a week after the initial 6 to 8 weeks. I want to mix my play elsewhere but it simply does not sound like its a viable option for a sng mass tabler

There is a setting to autoswitch tables which mostly works, unless you are looking at the lobby or for me joining a new table (don't know if anyone else has that problem), it worked pretty well before the software upgrade.

I think it's doing anything other than having a table with focus already. So looking through the lobby, browsing internet, etc all would mess up the tables from popping up when they need attention. But if another table already has focus, then they pop up correctly.

I realize this is a software improvement thread, but I have no clue where to turn for assistance. Is there a place where tickets are stored?

I entered a 12+1 sat for the 100+9 5k at 22:00 10pm Eastern. I advanced, at 9:59 there were 3 people registered for the tournament and it disappeared. What happened to my $109 ticket? I am guessing the tournament was cancelled.

Is there anyway a rep from the network could be made available to discuss the software and Beast issues, among others, with posters here? Rather than reps from respective skins that seem to really only be able to pass along information, rather than actually make network changes?

LOL, I would like to know what is so world class about mostly the same software with a change of scenery. I just wonder how do they decide and prioritize what changes are made to the software. They seem to be out of the loop of what players want.

Make it that if your booted b/c of an illegal operation that the tables pop automatically upon restarting the software instead of having to manually find them.

On ACR the client crashes every single time I click on 'rake back' so the only way I can check my rakeback is through my affiliate. Would definitely like to see this fixed.

Yeah the rb thing is annoying i wish they would fix it, it also crashes when i click p2p transfers if i wanna transfer to someone i have to send an email

The cash game filters are still not fixed! Also, please give us a dark theme like we had before. A black table with a black background would be great.
