Are you able to filter out the CAP tables? Everything else in the filters is working properly, but I can't get rid of the cap tables.

Just noticed now, you are right. Only checked if the bug with the Beast tables was fixed.

Edit: Ugh, same for Short tables as well. I had them enabled by default so would not have checked that if nobody posted about it.

Very positive to see they are actually patching the client with *some* of our requests... maybe updating this software for improvement will become a regular thing.

There are some known issues with WPN SNG results and the Tournament Reports functionality that we have discovered since adding support for this network. We can not calculate results for MTTs because WPN does not write Tournament Summary files but you can edit the results typically but one of the known issues we are working on is a problem where edited results aren't remembered after you restart HM2.

I tried editing the results twice but they disappeared the next time I started up HM2. The HUD does not work in the RA tourneys. Support has responded to me that they are in discussions with WPN but with no ETA.

I'm still unable to filter short and cap tables.

Sometimes I have to click 5-10 times to switch focus from one table to another. Why is that? Blatant bug

Yeah. This problem with tables not changing focus appropriately needs to be addressed quickly. It's a damn chore to look through the lobby to add tables now. When clicking on the lobby, the table needing action no longer pops to the front, and then you have to go to the taskbar to select the table, and half the time when you click on a table from the taskbar it doesn't get focus either for some reason.

Compared to before the "upgrade", it has become harder to play on the site. One theme to choose from, tables not getting focus, no rake being shown, no number of players online count, etc. And we are still lacking auto-timebank, preferred seating, etc.

The only upside is that it seems to run a bit smoother, and there are now 'sit out next bb (all tables)", and "I'm back at all tables" buttons. Other than that, it's been a disappointment so far. I hope they made it easier to add the updates we need in the future, and get to it ASAP.

when I start the program it freezes all the time and it won't let me click anything and when I try to close the program to restart it my computer says it is not responding...

Did they eliminate Telesina games with the new upgrade? No tables ever show under that tab. Are they coming back?

I disagree. I think the software is 20x better than it was... cash games especially. The site has a LONG way to go... tournaments especially, but they are definitely headed in the right direction.

Bug: Currently under Rewards > Rakeback, the paid out by date section is consistently blank (even though I have already had two rakeback payouts)

Secondly, it is nearly impossible to know how much RB you have accumulated, or when - as the ACR software has no consistency in when it updates, nor does it know what days it has updated for (all it tells you is for the weeklong period). Then it never informs you what you accumulated on Sunday, so you have to wait and guess until Wednesday.

So can we locate how many players online at a time now or is that hidden? Definitely a lot more online since software release.

According to Pokerscout, the traffic hasn't changed one bit. But, that's just cash games. I'll say it again, I love the look of the new software.

I just don't see how it's "20x better than it was".

I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm glad they made some improvements. And I hope they continue to make improvements. But, we are still waiting on some really basic things. There had apparently been talk of a major upgrade for quite a while, and most of it seems to be visual rather than functional.

In the lobby, other than filters that don't work correctly, the only notably good change I can really think of is that the waiting list is shown in the same panel as the players at the table. So you no longer have to click a button to view the waiting list.

At the table, they added a few buttons and a replayer. But a lot of the things people have been asking for are still missing (preferred seating, auto-timebank). And so when you couple that with the fact a few things are now worse off (table focus problems, lack of rake count, etc), and I just don't see it as being a huge improvement by any means.

Maybe the fact that they put this upgrade in place means they are capable of making more improvements in the future, and will get to fixing some of the things we've been asking for, but we've yet to see that.

There is a difference between Front end and Back end developers. Back end developers can fix all those "little things" that need done and Front End guys can make things look pretty. My guess is that they don't have Back end guy or only a couple.

Yea, based on a quick look it seems that they basically slapped a new coat of paint on and didn't really change anything. Animations are still slow and clunky, smallest table size is still bigger than other sites, and all the functionality problems still persist.
07-23-2013 , 06:01 PM
Does anyone else have the problem where after it autoswitches to a table you have to click on the table before the hotkeys work?
07-23-2013 , 06:07 PM
yep.

i have to auto click on the middle of every table before i can use the wheel to control the bet amount.

fwiw i often have this same problem on carbon when multi tabling.
07-23-2013 , 07:47 PM
Is there any way to make it so that the timebank is one color when engaged and a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT color when disengaged? It's pretty tough to tell whether the button is dim blue vs slightly-less-dim blue.
07-23-2013 , 09:28 PM
So I assume the reason I can't use hotkeys/scroll wheel until I click on a table after it autoswitches is down to this "Popping table should not steal focus", I just don't get it, were people asking for this change? this is a huge loss of functionality for me and could stop me playing here if the pain in my right wrist continues.
07-24-2013 , 06:09 AM
how do i use auto rebuy? or i cant?

I agree the table that pops to the front should steal focus and hopefully they fix this soon. In the meantime I use stackandtile software and enable the "active table under mouse" feature. Dont know if u have this software or want to get it but it's another option.
07-24-2013 , 06:01 PM
The reason it doesn't steal focus is because if you're cascading or stacking and a table pops up right when you're clicking a button on another table, you could misclick that table.

I thought there was an option where you could choose if you wanted the popping table to steal focus, though.

In the tournament lobby where the buyins are listed please stop listing the tourney buck,TB, buy in with the cash buyin. It is repetitive and makes it harder to read. It should be obvious to people that they can use tournament bucks to buy into tournaments hence the name. Having both listed in the buyin makes the whole thing look clunky.
