Some of the heads up tables are stuck and even though the player is not even online the tables will never close. When someone joins the table nothing happens it just stays frozen. Also, KOTH is not working on some stakes at HU plo tables.

would be nice if there was an option to adjust your tabs for preflop bet sizings at fractions of a bb instead of just 2x 3x

Is there a way to disable the atm being instantly put into my balance? It's a pain to have to make sure that I was credited correctly while playing multiple tourneys.

You guys should have the ability to Alter payouts during the tournament.

Yeah this is a weird requests but with the cancellation of the 20$ 40k yesterday, this has to be in the queue to fix right?

Oh and Show us the payouts other than the top 18.

Please just build or contract a reliable server host.

Everything else can come second but what happened this past weekend and in the past in regards to downtime shouldn't last as long as it did with any company as large as WPN.

So not having the ante listed in the window somewhere except for in the tourney lobby is kind of bad and has always needed updated. But now that you have Ante Up tournies it is highly important.

It is really weird that I cannot see the physical location of other players at the tables on Americas Cardroom.
My account has been certified/verified and yet there are certain restrictions imposed on it?

No explanation from Americas Cardroom support team.
Deeply disappointed.

Every time I click on the tournament tab i get a new Lobby that opens - Any way to stop this so I don't have 2 lobbies or what appears to be 2 clients running and hogging my computers resources?

WTF did you guys do to the site? Tables randomly take like 2 mins between hands, some don't even deal hands, the cashier never shows the correct amount mid game play anymore.

You also apparently double rake satties and you still didn't fix the $27.50 $5K at 9:15 ET. Oh, and the bi-weekly tournament cancellations are cool too.

Like the guy above said, just buy some new software and get rid of this ****show.

Task Manager will show that only one client is still running. Your resources are fine.

Not to pile on with the lag issue, but could you guys at least post in the disconnect thread when you are experiencing an issue?

Auto preset bet sizing buttons would be a great feature for WPN to add. For us regular players that are multi-tabling. Thank you very much in advance if you can make this feature available to us.
