+1 had this happen to a buddy of mine who's wife disputed the charge from the poker site not knowing what it was, my friend eventually got it taken care of with that poker site after explaining why the charge back occurred but then was not given the cc deposit option when signing up to a WPN skin a year or two later. Was only offered WU and MG.

Can somebody who has a Mydebit card tell me why my card would be declined at the post office buying money orders. The post office worker said my card was denied but I had entered in the correct pin and I have sufficient funds in my account so that cant be the problem.....anybody have some insight?

Thanks

Urs arrive yet hopefully? I got response back today after I had asked over weekend about checking again for the tracking...still don't have a tracking and nothing has arrived although it was supposedly shipped on the 8th and w/courier. Will prob do WU/MG next time, beginning to get a bit stressed as have a ton of bills to pay coming up.

Requested a cash out by check on July 18

Requested another cash out by check on July 26

I will update when received, for the second check I paid the $65 fee.

When you pay the fee you should see that check within 3-5 days no?
I'm in the same boat as Profbets a lot of things to pay that's the only reason I paid the $65 fee as I never have and probably never will again.

Have you used this method before successfully, and all of a sudden got denied today? Cause I went to BoA and tried to do my normal ATM withdrawal with my debit card (have done many before) earlier today and was declined. Figured I would just try again tomorrow, and then start worrying....ugh!

The tracking info's saying it went to the wrong city haha. It was estimated to come today, but I guess it probably will within a couple days.

How are the TP cashouts? Anyone request a cashout from them recently? Any feedback or info would be greatly appreciated. Thx

OK, so DHL tells me that they were told to send to (insert my street address here,) El Paso, Texas.

I live in freakin' New Jersey. So why did I pay 65 dollar fee, only to find out my cheque was sent to the wrong state. Luckily my street address doesn't exist in that city and after I called them they were able to correct it, but I'm mad as hell about that.

I've done several withdrawals from Betcoin. Only one of them took more than half a day, and it was because I initiated it late in the night. The others were done in a matter of minutes. During business hours, I have received a withdrawal as fast as 5 minutes.

It then takes me another 5 minutes to trade the Bitcoins for a MoneyPak code on Localbitcoins.com, so in theory you can have your money from the poker site to usable on your debit card in about 40 minutes (localbitcoins requires 3 bitcoin confirmations, which takes about 30 minutes.) Obviously it won't be that fast every time, but that is certainly fast enough for me.

Freaking awesome.. best deposit/withdrawal experience from a poker site ever... even before Black Friday. Betcoin will have my business for a long time, perhaps until poker is legalized in the states and even better options pop up. I have a feeling that won't happen very quickly.

Just to let you know.. If you need the money fast and are willing to pay the fee. Western union cashouts have never taken me longer than 2 days..

It's $110 fee for anything $1k to $1.5k, but it's pretty fast and easy, if you need the cash soon...

Thanks! I will keep it mind for next time but damn I just hate paying that much to cash out. Obviously if I need the money ASAP I will but I always try to avoid those fees.

Edit- I'm actually just going to apply for the Debit card option. I got the Credit Card application already just need to send them a couple of things they require ( I.D. Bill etc )

I have made three successful BCP withdrawals over the past month or so.

Check - 2500
Requested: 6/23 - paid $65 fee for courier delivery
Received: 6/27
Deposited at Chase and cleared in around two days.

Debit Card - 2500
Requested: 7/18
Received: 7/21

Debit Card - 2500
Requested: 7/29
Received: 7/30

No complaints here.

Got a random tracking info that said it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow, I can assume its from ACR but not 100% as it's very vague...will see tomorrow. And of course will have to deposit and wait a few days prob, anyone deposited these with a certain major bank that has a horse drawn carriage and red and yellow on their logo?

Finally cashed on 7/30

Do I have to provide my SSN to request a debit card? Or can I just put my DL number under "ID No" on the form?

True cashouts are processed in the same 'processor', basically, as America's Cardroom and Black Chip. Average wait times from player reported data in July, from date of request to date of receiving:

Checks: 15.6 days
WU/MG: 1 day
Debit card: 3.2 days
Skrill/ROW method: 2 days

These are all within or faster than their stated waiting period.

Thanks for the update LMK how this goes. I'm still waiting for both of my check cash outs that I made ( July 18 & July 26 ) I am still with in the 15 day time frame so I guess nothing to worry about yet.

I don't understand why more American aren't switching to bitcoin poker. Cash in and cash out are so trivial compared to the other options.

Requested a cheque on the 11th via courier, and a second on the 22nd via regular mail.

I received both yesterday via courier, and oviously noticed that they charged me a fee for both (when I had two packages but only requested one.) The first one was sent to the wrong state and I had to spend hours on the phone sorting it out. Support said in an email that because of all the crap I went through, they'd refund my fee for the first one once I confirm I have the cheque. I just emailed them about that, so I'll update when they make good on that.

Second problem, I specifically requested that the second cheque be sent out for free via regular mail, but it was sent through courier. I just called them (seemed easier than emailing back and forth with people who don't always seem to understand English very well.) The guy originally tells me that I didn't request any free cheques, and I tell him to cheque the emails I sent from 7/20-7/22 and he says that he sees it, and they'll got in contact with me about it.

So basically they owe me 130 dollars, 65 for refunding the fee for whoever wrote down the city and state, leaving me to search down my cheque and have it sent to me (4-5 phone calls with DHL) and the second because somebody processed my second cheque via the wrong method. Obviously, I was willing to pay a single 65 dollar fee in exchange for convenience (and b/c I requested one of the cheques at max,) but it wasn't convenient at all.

I got my money pretty quickly, but jeez, withdrawing was a mess. FWIW, deposited today and no trouble, not even collections.

TL;DR

- Request max cheque by courier, less than max via regular mail
- They send to the completely wrong city/state and send both out via courier, charging me two fees
- I have to track down package myself, they say they'll refund first fee
- Both come at the same time via courier, and I notice that they processed second one wrong
- They tell me they'll get back to me about it
- Deposit at bank went fine, though.

- All of this is recent (last hour/two) so obviously no refund yet, but I will keep that info updated here.

Despite the fact that I shouldn't have gotten both by courier, I'll post this....

Courier

Request: July 11th
Request: July 22nd
Recieved: July 31st (both)
Deposited: August 1st

Got mine today finally, I know it says an international bank but is also stamped with a certain main US bank as well does one know if u can just cash it at one of those locations in the states and then get it on the spot instead of waiting a few days to clear?

I'm assuming your cheque was the same as mine were, and I went to "Pea and Sea" (not the same as what was on the cheque) to deposit, it went through fine w/o going to collections. I mean that seems to be the case with my place in general, but I doubt these are any different than any other cheque. I'm not sure how likely it is that you'll get it cashed, specifically if you don't have an account at the bank.

Also, got refunded on the botched (wrong state/city) cheque that was sent to me, waiting for a response to the fact that they sent the second cheque through courier when that wasn't what I requested.

Check(s) cleared Today, so offically it was

Check Requested via Courier : 7/16
Received: 8/1
Cleared: 8/2

Def not worth the courier fee, might as well have waited for the free one but overall can't complain...hopefully get the debit card soon as I had filled out all the forms and fee was taken out of my acc on 7/16 as well.
