Sure enough, BCP straightened all of my deposit/withdrawal issues and questions out within 24 hours from my initial inquiry.

For whoever at BCP keeps track of these things: Thank you very much for all of the assistance. It's greatly appreciated. I don't want to use the name of the representative who helped me out in this thread but she knows who she is.

See you at the tables!

Fwiw, fyi...
Despite the email I posted from ACR telling me there would be a 4 week delay in getting my debit card b/c they were changing banks/processors, I received the card on Monday. Havent activated it yet- waiting til the end of the Hi5.

I did find the way it arrived a bit disconcerting though- just a plain white envelope with just the card inside- nothing else at all, just a loose card. The standard envelope it came in was hand written with a return address of Niagra Falls. The debit card itself is from 345Debit and doesnt have my name on the card.
Is this the same way everyone else has received a card, and is your card also from 345Debit?

Got the e-mail this morning that my withdrawal had been processed - but I haven't received the money on the card yet.

Going to give it a day or two before I assume there is some kind of problem - although I did e-mail BCP Debit Card support to let them know.

What are all the fees for the debit card? Are people shying away from the checks for time purposes or not having to deal with the banks cashing them?

Good to hear. I was wondering a few days ago what had happened since you'd provided no update in a while. And so the saga ends. Sucks what you had to go through; it was not fair to you. But as some posters pointed out during the "anger" period, if you tried to work with them you would eventually get your money but if you tried to be their mortal enemy you might still be getting the runaround. So now what? Where will you be playing? What about you and BCP?

Same exact way I received it, no paper instructions or anything and 345Debit is the name of the card.

I got the same thing - from what I've heard sometimes it can take a few days after receiving this e-mail in order for the money to show up.

I still do not have the money on my card either.

I'm giving it til Monday (got the 'processed successfully' e-mail on Wednesday morning) before I start to worry too much.

I messaged a few guys and all of them had a different debit card company - so I'm assuming this is a new thing.

I will no longer be playing on their network.. Too much intransparency and lack of communication as well as lie after lie from customer service. After dealing with 2 months of bs I am taking a break from online.. Too much un needed stress... When I play it will be on bovada as they have some of the best customer service on the web.

I am new to getting familiar with ACR. When I google them however, I notice that all links to their site are flagged by my antivirus (McAfee) as either not tested or potentially dangerous. This is in contrast to having typical green check mark next to link indicating that it is ok to click on link. Anyone else have this with their antivirus protection running on their computer too? I just want to be cautious before I download the client software onto my computer.

Received notification that the withdraw was processed on Wednesday the 20th... it's now the 25th and there is no money on my card yet.

I'm assuming there is some kind of issue going on with the new debit card processor... going to try and contact support.

My checks have always gone through, but each time it comes from a different place. Kind of sketchy, but it doesn't sound like the debit card system is any better right now. I have wondered about the legality of this. Like what if they knew I was cashing checks from online gaming? Is it against the law? Do I have anything to worry about?

I know I'm asking some hard questions, but I hope some people take the time to respond.

that's a good turnaround on cashout time but the fee's are pretty ridiculous

you have to pay $110 to cash out 1k to 1.5k

It depends on what State you are physically in when you play online poker. So nobody can give you an answer without knowing more.

Name me one, just one, online poker player in the U.S. who's ever had any legal trouble connected to playing poker. None exist. Just play and keep cashing the checks. They'll be coming for you near the end, plenty of time to get away.

That was not his question, he has already cashed checks without a problem. He was asking about the legality and that is state by state. If he lives in Washington state, he could be charged with a felony.
You can't rely on the past and say if won't happen because is has not happened. Nobody lost funds before Black Friday by confiscation and look what happened.

The online poker landscape is changing. Do you really think that the states the legalize it and tax it are going to be losing tax revenue and not push to get the business that is now going outside the taxing grasp.

I contacted Support yesterday, and they gave me the same date (tomorrow). I also received the withdrawal processed e-mail on 11/20

I agree if it's not there by tomorrow ... something is wrong.

So what's the deal with the new debit card? Is it safe to cash out with the old one (7 Cap)? Do I need to sign up and wait for a new card in the mail? I would like some answers please, thanks.

I still use my original one!

Cashed out laaaate Sunday night after the 150k run and money hit the card before I got to work this morning (Tuesday).

I'm taking a 1 month break to rejuvenate for an even better run in 2014 to top this 2013 so I hope there are no changes with the way the card has always worked - quick and easily, this whole year...

Thanks, that is what I wanted to know. Is there any reason to switch to the new debit card if we already have the old one?
