Just created my first account on the network a few days ago. It was late and I was tired, so I decided not to deposit that night. The next day, I received an e-mail indicated that I had been flagged by security and VISA would not be available as a deposit method.

That's unfortunate, but okay, no big deal. I know there are other deposit methods, and I hear that getting money on and off of ACR is easy - that's why I chose this network. I don't have any cryptocurrencies, but I've been looking into that. It seems like it will take about a week to have enough that I could deposit enough to take advantage of the sign up bonus. With BTC, I don't want to buy now and have to wait a week with the way the market is.

Now, the website states that money transfer options are available for up to $1000, however in the cashier it says I can only do it up to $700. So, I started a chat with support to see if that was accurate. The representative told me that it was accurate but the current limit was $600 via money transfer. Cashier still says $700.

Are there any other options besides crypto for me to deposit $1000? I'm really frustrated with this depositing experience.

Question.. I know people have successfully cashed out from ACR to gdax... Has anyone cashed out from ACR to Gemini exchange? IMO Gemini is actually a better exchange and has no fees.

Im sure Gemini would work fine just make sure you send the money ACR>Wallet>Gemini.

I was asking if I can just send the btc straight to Gemini in order to skip the fees associated with the middle wallet.

I don't think Blockchain allows transfer to bank accounts. Coinbase does. So transfer from Blockchain to a Coinbase bitcoin wallet. Coinbase won't have a problem with THIS transfer. In advance set things up at Coinbase to allow you transfer to your bank or your brokerage if you want. This is easy to set up online.

The transfer from your Coinbase bitcoin wallet to your bank will convert your bitcoin to dollars, so it goes to your bank in dollars.

I usually transfer from Coinbase to my brokerage (Fidelity) and I can pay credit card balances directly from Fidelity or transfer to my bank.

this all sounds convoluted, but i am no genius and do it all the time. It's really pretty easy.
So I am assuming the reverse steps are a good way to put money back into ACR also then, as i just got permanently blocked for using any credits cards again on ACR now. My 350 went through, but they will no longer let me do this for their security concerns, but are not allowed to share with me why? LOL. Reminds me of my kid years of when my mother/father sent me to my room but wouldn't tell me why. I guess i had to figure it out myself. I am dating myself here a bit, as parents are no longer able to send their kids to their rooms as it is consider inhumane now.

BCP (or ACR, or True) are the nuts. A few different ways to get multiple thousands of dollars off the site in 48 hours or less.

You can do so. However, exchanges tend to frown upon gambling transactions. Many frown so hard that they shut down your account if they catch you making gambling transactions. Hence why an intermediary wallet is recommended.

If speed isn't terribly important to you you can use blockchain.info as your intermediary wallet. There, you can set custom fees which are much lower than the recommended. This will greatly reduce your cost. However, this is where the speed part comes in, it will increase the wait time on confirmations thus exposing you to more bitcoin price volatility as it may take 5 hours, 24 hours, whatever to confirm your cheaper transaction.

ACR, BCP, and True are all using the same cashier. Reports of what one does are essentially reports of what the other does...

I deposited very easily using my bank card. What would be the best option for cashing out?

Now, ACR's BTC price is higher than the actual price of BTC.. So, for me to send $500 to ACR will cost me about $600.

And ACR says BTC has no fees etc..

Pretty lame man.

When ACR says BTC has no fees, they mean that they don't charge the customer any fees for deposits or withdrawals.

Also, use Bitcoin Cash instead of Bitcoin Core. It's cheap and fast like Bitcoin used to be.

Easiest thing depends on what you think of as easy. Some might say getting a check (bank draft) is easiest. Others will say any of the dozen plus crypto-currencies they allow withdrawals with is best. Hell, I don't even know what country you are from so Skrill might be the best option for you.

Are the fees to withdraw using other crypto besides BTC still ridiculously high?

I see a lot of people complaining of big fees on alternative currency deposits but was unsure if it also applied to withdrawals.

Is there anyway to calculate or see the fee beforehand for withdrawals? And why are alternative currencies subjected to big fees? It defeats the purpose.

I think they use BTC and then use ShapeShift to convert to another currency which has really high fees.

Wish they had reasonable fees for the big players like ETH and LTC

Scam????
yes, this happened to me and was the final straw that drove me away from online poker. I was a BCP player, before that I played on Merge so I had been years with the same site. When attempting a withdrawal I was informed I had an outstanding balance from a 1+ year old deposit attempt whereby BCP credited the money to my account but never deducted from my bank.

I provided bank statements showing the transaction and pleaded my case to Mike the "head of security" to no avail. Having been involved in online poker from the very beginning I was extremely patient with the hoops we had to jump through to play the game, but this was just too much.

I promptly moved to LV and haven't looked back.

Is anyone else having there Bitcoin cash out say deferred? I have tried several ways to cash it out. I'm not really sure what is going on and support has been no help. They told me to send email which I did and heard no reply. I have cashed out in the past through Bitcoin without any issues.

Yes, my cashout currently says deferred as well. Support told me it just meant it was pending. I guess we'll find out!
