Looks like my latest bank draft from BCP bounced. What steps do I need to take in order to get this resolved?

I requested a check 11/24/17 and I was told by support that I should receive it in 2 to 6 weeks. Has anyone used this feature to cash out lately and how long did it take before you received your check?

I've been away for a long time but I'm starting to play a recreational schedule again and building my bankroll. It's nice to see decent mtt prizepools (although these late reg periods are not what I'm used to lol). What is the general consensus on the best cash out methods and time frames?

BOOM

I'm new to bitcoins, I'm confused with all these wallets even though I been reading quite a few articles, and would appreciate if someone can explain.

I order a hardware wallet, once I receive the wallet and set it up do I need a blockchain account? I understand I need to buy bitcoins from a exchange and send to my wallet which I can then send straight to a ACR from my wallet, but was confused about owning your own hardwired wallet and do I need to register a address or email with Blockchain since it seems the main site.

Also are the transfers any easier/faster going from Blockchain to ACR versus going through my hardware wallet straight to ACR?

In regards to Blockchain, I put in a deposit to ACR 3 days ago and the transaction is still not confirmed. Usually it never takes longer than 30 mins but because Bitcoin has blown up it appears everything has slow down to a crawl. Might need to find another option at this point.

Has anyone received emails claiming that a previous ACR deposit was charged back?

I am being told I have a charge back and they want me to re-deposit in Bitcoin, yet no charge back was processed by me or my bank.

Scam????

noob question, if you have money on Ignition, can you give them Americas Cardroom Bitcoin details and get them to send Bitcoins to Americas Cardroom?

Why would a competitor do that? I doubt they would ever do that.

Always better to send to wallet, then to site. Besides, doesn't ACR have a 15 minute window to send?

I'm not sure what their window is as I just opened a account with them.

Btw why do you say its better to send to wallet first instead of asking them to send directly to ACR?

I've never heard of a poker site sending money to another poker site.

Better to be in control should something happen to the deposit- i.e. doesn't go thru before window closes.

Last edited by goodsaint; 12-14-2017 at 12:29 AM. Reason: The few deposits I made by bitcoin had a 15 minute window. Then another address is issued.

Is there a way to do a non-crypto withdrawal without paying a hefty fee? Just tried to request a $3K check and saw the fee was $65 so I held off to see if there are less expensive options.

I deposited today via skrill. The money got already deducted from my skrill account, but its not showing up at ACR?! Support said i have to wait. But i dont understand this, caus this is my 2nd Skrill deposit, and the first one was instant.

You guys have any experience with waiting time for deposits from skrill?

thx!

Depositing with BTC to ACR has become pretty ridiculous...

It will cost about $30 to send BTC from coinbase to blockchain. Then another $30 to send from blockchain to ACR.

Now, ACR's BTC price is higher than the actual price of BTC.. So, for me to send $500 to ACR will cost me about $600.

And ACR says BTC has no fees etc..

Pretty lame man.

Withdrew today with Ethereum, and had my money in my crypto wallet within 2 hours.
Holy **** so fast.

BTC deposit has become ridiculous though, have to agree. Coinbase has been ridiculously slow, and they charge huge fees on moving from coinbase.
Just use a visa card to be honest. There's a fee too, but much smaller than the fee you incur from BTC.

I heard they send one free check a month, but don't quote me on that. Otherwise, no. Every cashout has some form of a fee, even cryptos are subject to price depreciation and wallet and exchange fees.

Hi, I've been doing my withdraws this way: ACR -> Coinbase -> Bank Acct

Is there any way to avoid the 1.5% fee that CB charges going into my Bank Acct? Should I be usually another site or through in transfer to Blockchain wallet etc? Thanks

Use gdax.com, it is a trading platform from coinbase and linked to your coinbase account. Gdax charges a maximum of 0.30% fees.
