FWIW, I'd also like to know if Skrill is an option. None of the withdrawal methods I recognise.

I deposited through moneygram over 24 hours ago. Still no money in account. Absurdly long time. Usually done in an hour max. They say 8 hr max. This is 27 hours as of right now

Can the ACR client shut up?!?!? Everytime I play now, after an hour or so it starts doing this "timebank activated sound" every 10 seconds or so. Even if I turn that notification off. Even if I turn ACR sounds off! After restarting the client, its ok for a while, but usually starts again. Thats the most annoying bug ever. I mean crack my aces how many times you want, but shut up ffs.

You can go into the ACR installation folder and change the sounds. Just take any old sound file you have of the same type in the ACR folder, and replace the sound you don't like with the new one. NOTE: You will have to do this every time the client updates.

Also, with regard to your problem, try uninstalling ACR software, updating windows/java/internet explorer/etc/etc, rebooting, reinstalling ACR.

I am using WPC on YaPoker!. I requested a withdrawal via BitCoin on Sunday, 4/29 at 6:52PM and it has not been processed yet. I got in contact with chat support and was told it can take up to 15 business day, is it correct?

If so, I see on ACR users are not having this problem, how can I transfer my funds directly?

Hello WPN Rep, please help me with current deposit issue. I've deposit thru WU last Friday and deposit still not credited to my acct. I've open a ticket called support and support verified all info was correct. I've already emailed and attached receipt of transaction to support. I was told it would take few hours then two days. Anyone dealt with this before?

Not sure if I should wait and hope it corrects before going to support (as I expect that to be a bit of a headache).

Easiest thing is to wait until the morning and then check the status. I have a feeling if you go to support whoever you talk to will have no clue what unconfirmed parent means.

You can look at the address that sent to you and see what transaction is still pending confirmation. Then you can see the fee associated with that transaction and get an idea how long it should take to confirm. You can check estimated wait times here:

Worst case if you are in a hurry to get the transaction confirmed in the next hour, send the coin to another wallet address of yours with a fee high enough to go through on the next transaction. This should get the prior transactions confirmed through child pays for parent.

Honestly though its night time, you can't do much with the coin unless you have a debit card for it, so check the fee and wait till the morning to see if it confirms. There's not much they can do right now. They can't cancel the transaction, the only answer they would have is wait.

I made a WU deposit on 5/3 for low 3 digits. It was picked up several hours later however ACR marked it as rejected and told me to work it out with WU. I confirmed from WU that it was indeed collected and filed an investigation with them. I forwarded the pickup notification to ACR but I've had no response. The customer service person (Camille M) from ACR would not help me and in fact was rude like I did something wrong and it was impossible something went wrong on their end. I've probably made 50 deposits in my life and I've had deposits rejected that I was always able to fix. I'm straight up being robbed. Do I have any options? I'm sure the WU investigation won't go anywhere.

My issue was resolved. I forwarded the pickup notification to support and my funds showed up. I never did get an email from ACR but at least they fixed the problem after arguing with me for days. Terrible customer support!
