Can someone confirm or deny, does BCP have the "20days of cards" promo?
Before it was created I was shown a "sneak peak" so that we could write an article about it. At the time this promotion was ACR only and to my understanding, they had no intention of opening it up to other skins.

The 10% rule on deposits is fact. With regard to the bonus, I'm not sure. To be safe, you may want to treat it like all other bonuses where you have to clear them before they are released and ready for withdrawal. Since bonuses clear at 20% effective rakeback, you could be, in my humble opinion, 100% safe by raking $250.
[QUOTEThis raises an interesting US income tax issue.
Technically, if you're a pro and have money sitting overseas in a poker account you are supposed to disclose a foreign bank account on you income tax return. When you don't know if the money is segregated, or if it's in a bank account, how exactly would you declare that?[/QUOTE]
Consult a CPA and/or tax attorney in your state if this is a concern for you. Even if you handle it incorrectly, the fact that you sought out representation is a big plus in your favor should any issues arise.

I asked support but they said thats a question for the banking institute.
You can't "cash" the checks at all. You can "deposit" it into an account though. I wouldn't mention poker if I were you.
