[WPN] Deposit / Withdrawal / General Cashier Thread - Page 14 - Online Poker Sites -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I tried to withdraw twice via check. Once it worked the other time it did not. I am now trying to withdraw through debit card and ACR is making me go through hoops. I sent them 5 different documents with their response of the resolution not being clear enough.

After sending certain documents additional times, they stated that I need my initial debit card that I used to deposit on the site. The problem is this was years ago. I likely shredded the card and was wondering if anyone had this problem. Support is not being helpful at the moment.

I just received my debit card...You need the to send them a copy of the card you used to deposit on the site to verify. How else are you depositing?

How do they do this if you use money gram or WU? I have made about 3 deposits with money gram.

I just cleared my first achievement for 750 bp. I redeemed it but the 10 bucks went to my wallet instead of my poker acc. How do I access this wallet and can I send it over to my poker account?

this may be the wrong place for this question,but i earned a seat in the 12 guaranteed Punta Canta tournament through the Beast Promotion.I cant play the tournament due to my schedule.Is it a must play event or can we trade out the ticket for cash?

Finally got my card authorized on 8/22. Over a month. Such a joke since I gave up on this site during the crashes.

PLEASE be aware that the card carries all kinds of ridiculous fees. Best advice? Don't play here.

just tell them that you deposited via a gift card and they should send you a letter with those transactions. You sign and send it back to them. you should be good after you send back to them.....

money gram or WU doesn't require the documents.. hope this helps!!

It immediately goes to your 'wallet' in the cashier when you redeem the bucks but after 5 minutes or so it should automatically go into your poker balance.

Quick question regarding users using the debit card. What's the cheapest/ most efficient way to get your funds once loaded. I saw the fees listed and looks like every type of transaction carrys a charge.

Is it best to simply cashout at atm and pay the fee?

What about getting a moneyorder?

Any advice much appreciated.

How much does BC charge you to cashout on the card? I see this 35$ chargeback fee, not sure what that is. But do they charge you to withdraw using the card?

Going to the atm is prop easiest way once the money is on. But it is a ridiculous 3$ fee not including the fee the atm will probably make you pay.

BC has the worst cash out fees. If you cashout $100 via WU, they charge you 60$, how is that fair?

Its prob just better to get the free check once a month. It took my check 2 days to get processed, I am waiting to see how long it takes to get to my residence.

For withdrawal options I used "Bank Draft." I assume this is a check? When I look in my transaction history all of my other check withdraws have stated "check", but this one says "GENCK". WTF is that?

Just an FYI if this is ever an issue for anyone, I just got off live support and was told that bank draft is a check by regular mail and GENCK is just the processor code.

FWIW Live Support was rather helpful. I spoke with Taylor and she (he?) seemed knowledgeable and even knew how to spell all of her words correctly

I take back my skittishness and anything bad I thought/said about them. Though they did charge me $65 for a first time withdrawal (thought it was free once a month?), I would have paid it anyway to get the express FedEx. No complaints here

They reversed the $65 fee and made this check withdrawal by FedEx free.

I'm trying to make a WU deposit to ACR. I got all my info and went there but was unable to send in USD. Do I just send it in the local currency? I'm waiting to hear back from support.

Its my first time playing on this network but all other sites made sure to send in USD, but apparently thats not an option?
