Mine was approved.processed on 1/29 (p2c) and I have not received it.

I called on 2/2 because I wanted to cancel it, guy said I would have it next business day so i decided w/e fk .

I waited until the 9th, called them again. Asked if I could still/cancel/when would it arrive in account. He said he could not refund me because the money was already processed and that I would have it in 1-2 business days. Not going to call again because I know what will happen.

And tbh 2 weeks isn't a red flag or anything with cashouts BUT

1.) I was told by the 1st customer service rep my visa card options WERE NOT AVAILABLE (he thought i was asking for cashout via p2c), when I said I had already requested it and was calling about timeframe he said "oh ya it's been approved", i just thought he misread something tho.

2.) I've been waiting 6 weeks for my MC, if that is standard i retract my complaining.

3.) i had a customer service rep lie about my documents (for mc) being sent to the wrong department when I called 3 weeks in. I talked to someone the next day (because i realized i had done everything right when i checked) who told me " no you did everything right, all your info was sent to our processors weeks ago, but they take 15 days + shipping so it's still on time, oh and they want $100 ( i asked for 2 cards) "



i dont think they are scummy or would ever steal, but customer service is just fkn insulting

how long should it take to get approved for BTC withdrawals? i sent my documents in earlier today and have not heard back from you guys

Longer than a couple hours on a Sunday night... Try contacting live chat or calling their 800# if nothing has happened after 48h.

My visa debit card was declined.

contacted their live chat, sent them multiple emails. they just keep going in circles.

I've never used Bitcoin before. Mind explaining how I purchase them and use them to deposit?

Yeah that's pretty annoying.. Definitely longer than I ever waited for a pay2card.. Obviously I'm yet to receive mine that was requested on 2/7 and approved a day later.. I think the problem is with the third party payment processor wpn uses and not with WPN itself .. As I stated in this thread already I've done 4 consecutive pay2cards in the past month and a half, where the first two were quick (3 days ) and the next 2 not as quick (both 11 business days) ... Yeah it sucks having to wait but it's something we have to deal with playing online and living in the states.. Please let us know when you get your money.. I will do the same.

ACR don't have withdrawal to your debit card or bank transfer. The only skin that does that on this network is PokerKing which does withdraw to your debit card.

Umm, ACR offers withdraws back to debit cards. I've done it twice already, took about a week both times. Not sure if it is US only or not.

Maybe, I can see that they withdraw to their own debit card but that's it.

P2C came through today, little over two weeks since it was approved.

I requested a check on 2-3 since i no longer have bitcoin option. I just called to see how long they take and support asked if it was a free one, i said yea and he said they take 3-4 weeks. I thought they took 2 weeks.

still haven't recived it . was told id get refunded in next day or so . they have done a poor job at communicating with me and letting me know whats going on . they just kept giving me the run around for last week or so . now its been 17 days since I was approved for it when time frame isn't even close to that

It varies. When I used to do checks I was getting them in about 2.5 weeks, but that was a while ago as I use bitcoin now.
