trying to get the debit card withdraw option and its a giant headache so far.
sent the requested documents last week and never heard anything back from them. So I contacted support and asked whats up? They said well we need a passport or social security card yet. Oh OK thanks for telling me that. So I send the passport and a day later still haven't heard anything. I contact support again and he says well the notes say you need to send a passport or ss card yet. I lost it at that point. I just sent it the day before. sighhhhhhhhhh.
Then he says well they emailed you to let you know and that was a lie because I never got any emails from ACR. So I sent the documents again for the 3rd time now and am back to square one 5 days later waiting again.

I recently received the ACR debit card and was able to transfer money over within two days. But when I try to use the debit card at the ATM it declines. I know my pin #, but when I try to contact debit card issuer (7 Capital) they are never available.
Also tried to move the money to PayPal and it also gets declined. Worst part is that every time the card is declined they hit you with a $1 fee. Has anyone experienced this issue with an ACR issued debit card?

Did you activate your new card on the Seven Capital website? They force you to create your new PIN when you do so. Also, it is free to check your balance online.

Yes, I activated the card and followed all the steps but still ran into this issue. tries numerous times today to contact Seven Capital and no one answers my phone or email contacts.

Got fed up and signed up for a Bitcoin account. But still need to pull my money from the debit card before its depleted by their outrageous fees.

For US players, how do you cash out without any problem? I mean, probably you are doing it via bitcoin, but they are not anonymous, so how can you avoid legal issue?

Thats why you use 2 bitcoin wallets. One account is for your dealings with the site(most people use blockchain). The second one is transfer winnings from your first wallet to your second wallet that is connected to your bank account. Also since the website don't use the same wallet address twice its very difficult to do alot tracing of all this unless you really pissed off the government.

I have to say give credit where credit is due.

I am high stakes player on many poker sites and having lost a ton on money on lock poker and cake poker I was very dubious about depositing on another US Players/ network poker site. Anyway I decided to deposit a large amount to enable me to play the stakes that I do but with great concern, We have to do what we have to do as professional poker players .

I can only say how fast the cash outs are here, and how very impressed I am with the whole set up from the site to the customer services ( 24 hours live chat and phone )
I have only been playing 2 months on Black Chip Poker and have made 2 withdrawals via Skrill ( I live in the UK ) for the maximum cash outs the first cash out took 6 hours and the second cash out ( 3 days ago ) took 4 hours!

What more can one want.

Just curious, have you logged into your Seven Capital account and viewed your balance, etc...? Btw, I have only gotten in touch with them by phone once. The best way to contact them is via e-mail.

I had no problem on my initial cash out to the seven capitol card. Cashed out on a Saturday afternoon and my money was available for withdraw around 7:30 PM on a Monday. I withdrew my funds from the ATM.

I will say that I was not able to receive cashback at the register when making a purchase. I also could not cash the card out with the money services dept. I could make a purchase at the teller and withdraw from the ATM.

I have now requested another cash out as from ACR to seven capitol as of
Saturday 8-30-15 12:30 AM ...hoping to have it Monday afternoon or early evening.

One question for you would be after activating your seven capitol card did you set it up with ACR on the DEBIT CARD withdraw option? NOT the Pay TO card option. I had to contact support to have them register my card under the Debit option for withdraw for my card to show up as the default card under this cash out option . It only took a few minutes. Hope this helps.

It's not just that anymore. The chinese processors are adding there own fees like 3-5% I stopped depositing with credit cards/debit cards getting to costly and everyone getting greedy with their cuts. As an example, Say you deposit $500 it might show up on the website that you're being billed 499.97 by xyz.com and what really shows up on your statement is like $520 give or take then the bank adds their 3% intl. surcharge.
