That isn't my experience. Granted, I've only tried a couple of them, but given the market rates at the time, the withdrawals came within a couple percentage points of prices listed on CoinMarketCap.

Perhaps it is coin specific?

It would be great if more people posted more detail about their experience with alt coin withdrawals. We could use it for the monthly Poker Payout Report.

Requested a check for $3000 on 1/12/2018, still have not received it. Have been stonewalled by support. Please help.

E-mail cashouts@americascardroom.eu and ask them to cancel the check and put the $ back into your account so you can withdraw it through Bitcoin. Worked for me. glgl

Was just told by support that the check may take 6-8 business weeks to arrive, which is drastically different from the 30 days I was quoted by support when I initially made this cashout request.

Even an ol' skool dinosaur like me has learned to use bitcoin. Just sayin...

I have deposited via bitcoin/skrill/neteller a while back into BCP. Also have cashed out with all these options. If i deposit with neteller or skrill, am i allowed to cashout via bitcoin or vice versa? Such as if i deposit with bitcoin, could i withdraw neteller or skrill?


I know certain sites out there allow you to withdraw with bitcoin as long as you have made a deposit with bitcoin even though your last deposit method might be skrill/neteller.


Or is the policy you withdraw whatever is your last method of deposit? So if i deposit say 1000 via skrill. And then 1000 bitcoin. Can i withdraw whether its skrill or bitcoin? Or is it like if you deposit 1000 skrill. Say your balance is now 1500. Your withdraw has to be 1000 skrill first... then anything after that, you are free to choose? And if thats the case, that mean depositing 1000 skrill and then 1000 bitcoin... the next withdraw of yours has to be bitcoin up to 1000... then the next 1000 is skrill and anything after that is your choice? Such that if your balance is 1100. And you want to make a withdraw for entire balance, you have to do 1000 btc and then 100 skrill?


Would like to know from those who use btc and skrill as deposit/withdraw options.

We apologize for the misunderstanding, the free check normally takes 6-8 weeks. Sometimes it could take less but that's the normal time frame.

I suspect there may be some miscommunication with live chat/phone reps, in that they might not be specifying that checks are usually received within 30 business days.

I am thinking the same thing. The layout when you choose which crypto currency to deposit or withdraw looks the same as the shapeshift.io service. I was about to deposit in litecoin and noticed it was much more expensive than it would be with btc. Shapeshift is a cool service and I think they charge about 1.5-2% but you can just do that on your own, that's probably what WPN is doing, just going thru shapeshift. stick to btc then trade how u want after on an exchange for cheaper

first withdraw on black chip poker. Just started playing on WPN. a friend transferred money to me. I initiated a withdraw with bitcoin.

I asked the live chat how long cash outs take and why I had not received an email saying that I initiated a withdraw etc? (on ignition you get an email right away when you order the withdraw, than you will get another email once the withdraw has been completed and processed) which seems normal. It just seemed weird he told me that when I make a withdraw I should then contact them to confirm it...? and he asked me to confirm the amount and the method. I don't see how that makes things more secure as if it were a hacker or something making the withdraw he can confirm the same exact details in live chat. Anyways, he said he will approve it, but it just seemed weird and why they don't send you an email to let you know a cashout has been issued, and then when it has been processed? is this normal? thanks

Anyone know the answer to this? Also if i deposit with skrill/neteller, i assume transferring funds to someone else there is no issue with it? Thus i send funds to someone else in exchange for other funds from another site?


And to those of you who receive a transfer from another acr/bcp user, you can cash out via bitcoin right or any option? Or are you only limited to bitcoin and player transfers?
