Oh really? I thought it was just getting approved to move $ to my own Visa debit card, not signing up for another one from them. Guess I'm glad they never replied now.
I just started using Bitcoin a few days ago. Any way to avoid these 1.5% debit card fees on withdraws? Just tried to a withdraw by ACR -> Blockchain -> Coinbase -> Visa debit, but now keeping the $ in Coinbase till the value of Bitcoin goes back up over the last few days.
Any other tips another than what I'm doing above?
