My Bank Claims that is NOT TRUE, my statements confirm that and they are in fact, unable to cancel a credit card payment unless I dispute it. They further claim the only way they would know if VISA canceled it is if money shows up on my account OR if I open a dispute.

WPN will no longer take my credit card deposits but will take BIT COIN deposits. However, they still allege I owe them money and will NOT promise not to apply the payment to the alleged debt. Thus, I am frozen out of WPN unless I pay their alleged debt.
WPN's solution to this problem is that I get a letter from my bank, or send them my bank statements. But my banker can't send them a letter about a transaction that DOES NOT exist except in the minds of someone they never met or heard of.
That leaves me to NOT do business with WPN or send them bank statements. So, let's review that. I am supposed to send bank statements to a foreign based company that uses a credit card processor in China that I never. Or, said another way, they want me to do something their credit card processor will not do, and only a fool would do.
MY CONCLUSION: WPN wants to me to pay for mistakes of their credit card processor or they want me to deposit twice to play once or their accounting system is messed up. NONE of these are good.
MY RECOMMENDATION. Take your business elsewhere. Chico network (Bet Online) has good software and a large player pool. If you want to use tracking software, you can go to Horizon or Merge networks, which are better than WPN except in the size of their player pool. If you go there, that could change.
You are unable to see when your deposit was and then check your bank records during those dates to see if a transaction processed?
