I want to deposit onto WPN but when I go to do so, the skins aren't certified with a lock. This has me hesitant to put a dollar on there and I had wanted to put $1k on. Am I right to worry about such a thing or is it ok to deposit?

I believe that your will be perfectly fine to deposit. I have been using western union/ moneygram and havent had any issues with it and i have made 10+ deposits.

It doesn't really matter for Western Union / Moneygram.
The unsercured information can't really be exploited in anyway as I understand.
