Not required to verify account when using Cryto? Not required to verify account when using Cryto?

It was brought up in the NVG thread about the botting and cheating taking place on WPN that you guys aren't requiring docs for people who deposit/withdrawal via Crypto, is this true? If that's the case, why should anyone playing there take you serious at all?

If you're not requiring every single person to verify who they are that is a serious issue and needs to be addressed ASAP.

Nope. Just make multiple accounts on the skins. Use a VPN or hell, don’t even bother.
And sit back and share cards. Easy game!!

Betcoin doesnt require verification. So when you can't see a users location, that means they're on Betcoin or another skin on Winning Tournament Network.

I knew about that skin, which didn't shock me considering it's ran by scammers anyway, but I was shocked that the real WPN skins started doing this. I was always under the impression that at least on the WPN owned skins every single player no matter how they deposited was required to verify. Really not sure how a poker site could ever do anything other than that.

It's only used to verify for CC fraud purposes and doesn't really do anything else. They can always chip dump to a legit account or buy fake IDs for $60 USD.

You do need to verify your account before any cashout it doesn't matter if you used Crypto or any other deposit method.

There are a few people in the NVG thread stating they have only used BTC to deposit and withdraw, with no sort of verification.

Personally I had to verify, but I also used a prepaid card to do all my deposits. I am switching to strictly bitcoin in the future though.

This, and since then I've had about 40 other people message me also saying they have never had to verify their account.

WPN_Rep, Winning_TD Phil"I'm going to war w/ the bots" Nagy care to respond as to why you're not at least making cheaters have to jump through a few hoops to multi account?

Sorry, i should've rephrase that. If you used crypto WE verify your game play(and more stuff) before we approve the cashout, if we found anything that is suspicious our support team will cancel the cashout and ask for more documentation.

It's kinda nice to have a US facing site that actually pays out.. And a system in place that gets us money in a few days. Why you guys are choosing to complain about something that provides no protection at all is mind boggling. Even if they had strict verification and you had to provide documents that in no way guarantees a safe game.

People are complaining because of the ease of collusion, and the amount of cheating going on with the site. I don't see why you are actively defending them in every thread. There is clear data showing that WPN has bots, and there are posters confirming they have not had to verify when depositing/withdrawing bitcoin.

You are adding nothing to the discussions.

Concerning for sure, especially in higher stakes PLO

But big MTTS are safe

Not really relevant but a possibly amusing anecdote is that I've never had a bigger win streak than when I played Stud on Stars and six of the eight players were from China and colluding against me

So how long until this is changed?

ya, I am sure all of those unverified accounts were examined, verified, and "more stuff" very thoroughly before cashing out, right?

but you've proved incapable of recognizing blatant chip dumping, making your point moot...Do you see the holes in your "security"?

and I highly highly highly highly highly highly doubt you verify gameplay before cashouts are approved. What's the logical, security-driven reasoning behind not requiring verification when people load up with crypto?
