The last two happy hours I haven't gotten my 2x points for my SNGs. I've hit up support but they kind of brush me off or can't help me or are not aware of how the sit and crush leaderboards work. Normally I might not notice or care but I'm super close to moving up to a satty seat. Its probably cost me around 25 or 30 lb points.

This is an issue I've had in the past (2+ years ago). I thought about simply PMing Winning_TD but I wanted to make a post in case others are having this issue.

Yeah that does seem about when this issue started.... All of the tournaments I have registered on BCP since 11pm last night have been in the happy hours. My SN is ShrimpFarmer. Shall I screenshot a list of the tournaments I've played or do you want all of the individual ids?

I'm wrapping up my final 3 games of this session then I'll get you some of that info.

seemed happy hour has been off since coming back from maintenance... but today i am pretty sure i recieved 2x point for the normal 9 man sngs, but only 1x for the ODs

Yeah last night it did seem like maybe the 9 mans were being counted, but certainly all of my on demands are not being doubled. Last night I mixed a few 9 mans turbos and regulars, today I've only played on demands with no 2x points at all.

Doesn't work for me either. Yesterday and today no double points for Jackpot poker.

i received 2x points from a random $5 OD that started around 7pm... just hoping this is all fixed by 11pm tonight

Ok, I'm not getting points from JPs at all...

I never get double points for registering before an on demand tournament starts and support isn't even aware that I'm supposed to be receiving double points... can this site get it's crap together? I'd be inclined to compete for Sit n crush if I actually got the right amount of points...

They don't do this anymore. Haven't in some time.

They should really change the sit n crush page to reflect that. I just joined last month and they still advertise that on demand tournaments pay quadruple points to people who pre-register.

You are right and they should change this. I wonder how many of the skin's have this out dated information on their websites. This sucks for you and is bad on them, but maybe you/me/we can email TruePoker/ the other skins and get it fixed.


Winning_TD maybe you can get them to update the websites? seems like it'd be an easy but somewhat needed fix.
