Not receiving funds for tournament cashes Not receiving funds for tournament cashes

12-19-2013 , 02:26 AM
I just finished my session and noticed that my last tournament cash, an On Demand did not get credited to my balance. This has never been an issue before (that I've noticed, not that I/anyone can track SNG/MTTs all that well) but I contacted support and was told that there "must be an issue that will be resolved in the morning". I expected them to credit my account instantly, but hopefully this issue will be fixed quickly. I wonder how many times this has happened and I haven't noticed?! Anyone else experiencing issues like this?

The cashier page has been really slow to update for me lately, logging out and logging back in usually refreshes it.

It's always been accurate once it does update though.

Yea that's what chat told me to do, was log in and out, it's been hours and i've done that multiple times and my balance is still the same. I checked my tournament history/ledger and the tournament is there and it says the money was recorded as a win, but it is not in my poker balance... the money never credited to my account, but the ledger pretty much says it did.

very concerning

ffs I keep trolling the WPN subforum just hoping issues have lightened up w/ software/server stuff so I can play, and correct me if I'm wrong but it hasn't gotten better in the last few months by .0001%

no bueno...was it cleared up yet?

THIS IS BULL****!!!! I am 100% certain without a doubt that I never received those funds in my account. This was the last tournament I was in and I had checked my balance well before it ended. The balance was never credited to my account, but my ledger says it was. Winning_TD just told me I was paid, he copy and pasted copies of my ledger that are incorrect. I've basically been robbed and there's nothing I can do about it!?!?!?!

Not to mention the $500+ I've lost from crashes this month, but alas this is the kind of support this site has shown.
NO ONE SHOULD FEEL SAFE DEPOSITING OR PLAYING ON THIS SHAM OF A SITE. I'm not a random spewtard, I'm a professional and I have not made a mistake. This network is bending me over and ramming it in as hard as they can. What the hell am I going to do though, just quit playing and give up my top 5 leaderboard position?? No, I can't I'm handcuffed. I have to finish this promotion to even have a chance of breaking even for an entire months work.... I HATE THIS ****! Too bad this isn't the real world where consequences are enacted for situations like this.

I dont like to publicly deal with these situations but we have investigated and as i explained and showed yesterday you were paid out. As we are a poker site i will use this terminology. We do not hit and run. We are here for the long haul so doesnt make much sense for us to keep players money, no matter how much or how little.

two days ago:
I had a slight delay in receiving my funds one day.. but looked and suddenly another 300 was in there. (like 20-30 min delay)

I have played on the site for a year now and have very few problems. I have never not been refunded for server crashes and the crashes don't happen nearly as often now. Still have the fastest cash outs for US players. The tournament selection is getting better and the software has improved great in the past 6 months. Just my 2 cents

What games do you play?

How many hours per week are you playing?

How many tables are you playing?

Have you missed the WPN P5 down that's currently at 48 pages long?

This matters quite a bit. If you're playing 20+ hours per week, multi-tabling and doing SNG/MTT's its damn near impossible you haven't had a myriad of issues.

Btw you're wrong about fastest cashouts. While this is a bright spot with WPN, they're prob 2nd only to Bovada in this area.

Pretty sure I can speak for everyone when I say no one is accusing WPN of wanting to intentionally keep funds. We're accusing WPN of negligence and a lackadaisical effort re: improving the end-user experience, specifically full-time SNG/MTT grinders.

I personally could care less about the aesthetics of the software and different felt and deck options when I'm sadly fist pumping a day of grinding where I had no problems and received all funds within 2 hours of the game ending.

I was shown a copy paste of the tournament history in my aco****, that doesn't mean that there was not an error that caused to not hit my poker balance. This was my last tournament of the session, I knew my balance before it ended and my balance never changed after I cashed. The cash shows up in my history, but the funds never showed up in my poker balance. I cannot explain why, but this is what happened. I know I'm not mistaken, but obviously my word is not proof...

And as for the crashes, my client still crashes EVERYDAY. Without fail...I'm nearing 100 instances of the poker client freezing/crashing this month with numerous other issues. Seems that not getting paid for a tournament would be very plausible, especially considering other players have had funds disappear when registering tournaments. I guess I'll continue to beat my head against the wall while I piss into the wind.

Yea pt4, it's basically just a hud since nothing is tracked correctly. It has nothing to do with the crashes I'm experiencing if that's where you were going. They happen with or without pt4 running...same goes for TableTamer. I'm quite capable when it comes to computers and have tried many different things to alleviate the crashes and have reduced their frequency, but they still occur daily.

Try to stop your import before closing the tables (stop the import and then wait 20 second or so) . If your getting this 30 second freezes time to time the import is usually the cause of that.

Once my client freezes there is NO unfreezing it. The only way to alleviate the issues is to kill the process and restart the client (most of the times this requires a reboot/log off to be effective) I'll give that a shot next time it happens just in case. I've also changed the background color of my tables to a single color and it reduced the file size exponentially. Supposedly that helps to reduce cpu usage. I'm sure we are all all ears to good ideas at this point.
