Not getting bonus cleared with rakeback Not getting bonus cleared with rakeback

I'm playing in MTTs and noticed that I'm not getting "combat points" cleared under rakeback. I asked the live support but they are not helpful.

I was able to get rakeback and clear the bonus before, but now I'm not getting the bonus cleared while getting rakeback.

I have had the same issue, I contacted support about it at least 4 times. Every time they said they would forward it to their supervisor and have their "tech team" fix it. But nothing was done for over two weeks. I eventually got in contact with a Roger and told him how I was owed over $20 in bonus that wasn't clearing. So he just sent me $25 to my account instead of actually fixing the issue of the bonus not calculating and being released properly.

I think this all started back when they added the new layout to the Bonus Page. Never had an issue with getting my bonus released before that.

If you are on the rb program you don't get combat points. Those are for the vip system.

So you're telling me that if you're on the rb program you can't progress on the bonus?

No I am not saying that but I think you might ( or maybe I am) confused on what combat points are for. Combat points are used to purchase items in the store and I don't believe have anything to do with clearing a bonus. Last time I checked there is a bonus tab right beside the rakeback tab to check to see how much you have cleared.

I don't know. That was just the first person in live chat that was able to help me. Everyone else just kept telling me that my account would be forwarded to their supervisor to find out why I wasn't getting any Bonus unlocked. He probably saw in the notes from weeks ago that I had contacted multiple times about it and nothing was done about it. So he decided to just send my account what I was owed instead of telling me what everyone else had been telling me.

I'm sure its not just us. There are probably a lot more people having the same issue that I had, and you are currently having. I'm sure a WPN Rep will post in here once they see this thread.

The last time I checked this thread a rep said that the issue was resolved and locked this thread. So they've seen the thread, locked it and unlocked it.

ummm.. No they haven't

No1 from WPN staff has come to this thread and said anything. You must be thinking of the other thread with the guy complaining about not getting the correct amount of rakeback.

Im having this same issue on my BCP account. Contacted support and they have told me twice that my bonus will be fixed in the next 48 hours. Its been over 7 days and still hasnt been fixed. Only received $1 out of my bonus when I should have unlocked at least $11 or $12 by now.

I was told you can't "double dip" on rakeback and reload bonus, is there any truth to that. I know you could before.

A reload bonus will slightly diminish your rakeback, but you still come out ahead of rakeback alone.

Sounds right. You cannot get both rakeback and elite benefits.

You can, however, benefit from a reload bonus on either the rakeback program or the Elite Benefits program.

Depending on the specifics of the reload, it looks like you should have cleared 4 x $5 blocks so far.

That's the response I got when I asked this "That can't be right, that means I can't get the reload bonus and the rakeback bonus now at the same time now? I was able to do it before (and it cleared at 20% of rake, but rakeback took a hit). Furthermore why is it that I cleared 77 combat points instead of the 565.95 or 0 combat points I should have for the reload bonus."

Basically the issue at hand which support doesn't seem to understand is

1) I raked 100+ dollars and got 27+ in rakeback ( I think it's 117, Grettal thinks it's 102, but that's besides the point)

2) I cleared 77pts for the bonus (120 is needed for 5 dollars)

3) I should have the BONUS AND RAKEBACK cleared

4) I just have rakeback cleared but zero reload bonus cleared

It seems that you can't clear the reload bonus anymore with rakeback OR support is being dense because they don't want to fix the bug in their system.

I'm on True Poker and on VIP program. My bonus isn't unlocking. I decided to go into beast mode yesterday. I put in over 3,000 beast points to finish in the top 20 of all players on site on day one of this weeks beast. This puts me on pace to get $1,000 in the beast. Along the way I'm checking a bonus I had active and it isn't clearing. Chat lie #1 "oh it could take hours to start showing up, just play." I go back to chat hours later after no clearing. Chat lie #2, "IT will fix it right away it has been sent to top of list." I wake up this morning and talk to chat. Chat lie #3, "I see it as fixed, start playing." I wasn't fixed as I found out after playing. I go back to chat again. Chat lie #4, "IT will be in an hour and then it will be fix". I go back to chat an hour later and in Chat #5 I learn that IT isn't in today. That means Chat #4 was a lie.

Some of the regulars with the time, money and etc to put up with this crap might be fine. But I did my part, I deposited. I did my part, I played. And they are not doing their part in clearing my bonus or at the very least immediately crediting my account for the software issues.

3,000 beast points in a single day was insane volume, and not a bit of it was clearing my deposit bonus. They are scum bags, they know they have a deposit bonus glitch and aren't crediting people their money if the problem is on their end.

I had the exact same issue when the bonus system changed to the new one and support never would do anything about it. The bonus expired and I was tired of getting incoherent responses so I gave up.

IMO, anyone with a bonus in the last few months should be audited to make sure they actually got what they earned. I'm sure that is very cumbersome, but ripping off your customers because of incompetent support and bad software isn't ok.

Fwiw, bonus's clearing correctly has always been a problem on WPN for the 5 years I've been on the network, they just used to fix the problem...

My bonus meter hasn't moved since June 24th. It's also way off by at least 200 points from before then. I have pm'd winning td and emailed support over 24 hrs ago and still waiting on a response.

I've also had a problem with getting the right amount of bonus cleared in the past and I'm sure there's been many times where it expired without me realizing I was owed money. And this goes back til maybe 2013.

Calling the customer service telephone today finally got my bonus meter fixed. Chat proved to be worthless for me.
