I didnt miss it, just didnt really know how to respond. I cant really give an answer. I did try for to have one for this month but there are always some things which are out of my control.

From our support team:

The balance shown in Wallet is where the software stores your balance when you are logged out of your account, or when there is an adjustment in your account while you are already logged in.

In order to move this balance from the Wallet to the Poker balance just log out and log back in.

There might be significant strategic benefit to WPN by announcing at least some details of this early. Due to recent events at one of the competitor sites, there are a number of SNG players exploring new places to play right now, myself included. By the end of the month, many will likely have found new homes, having made their decision without any solid information on your upcoming SNG promo. I understand this may not be possible, but just thinking you might want to strike while the iron is hot.
