This is the 5 or 6th time (possibly more, I've lost track) that sit n crush players have not been given double pts for a happy hr in the last 3 weeks. Worse yet, a cpl of those times sit n go players received double and jackpot players didn't. It's a big hit to play a happy hr and not receive the double pts, because the games are flooded with the highest volume and usually best players in that hour and the games are essentially unbeatable.

The fact that the site failed to deliver on a promise should be reason enough to compensate the affected players with the pts they missed with no further debate. But the fact that this has happened several times recently, with NO compensation, means the site is either a) Not trustworthy or b) Incompetent. It's very tough to play on, or recommend a site that is one of or both of these things.

There's no excuse for this feature to not function 100% of the time; and frankly, it's the only reason anyone plays on site. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE once and for all to restore trust of your highest volume players and mend your continuously diminishing reputation.

+1 and also no compensation for missing money from accounts because of unregistration - no feed back from support also.

no double points during happy hour - that makes only you happy

yep +1, play MUCH MUCH reggier games for no more points, makes sense

sigh +1 missing all bonus points from today's 11-noon happy hour.

We DO get double points, if...

a)... a tourney starts within the happy hour.

b)... a tourney ends within the happy hour.

c)... combination of a) + b).

AS far as I know, for non-jackpot and non-sng2.0, you get 2x for anything that is registered and *starts* within happy hour, even if it finishes after happy hour ends (with the exception of Friday night 11-midnight, which would get 2x but awarded to the following week).

For jackpot and sng2.0, it's currently glitched and awarding 2x for any game the *ENDS* within happy hour, even if it starts prior to happy hour.

Monday AM happy hour seems just award no bonus points at all.

Also not for regular sng's. Got double points a hour prior to happy hour but nor for sng's between 11:00am EST to 12:00pm EST. Also the Sng 2.0 points are still not fixed. Get your **** together wpn!

Who knows. The SNC info page says EST, but from my experience, the happy hours align with EDT time.

It was 10-11 earlier so dont know why it would of just changed at this current happy hour. Pretty weak no extra points fig its the only reason i grind this last hour....

also i didnt even notice i wasnt getting extra points which is even weaker
