Skipped Big Blind when SB gets knocked out

Hi,
So yesterday was playing a tournament where I was UTG.
Big blind goes all in and gets knocked out.
On the next hand where their should be dead small blind and I am big blind instead I become SB and BB goes to my left. So I skipped my big blind.
Is this a glitch or does WPN not have dead dealer, SB etc?

It's called the moving button rule. Same as on Pokerstars. Sometimes it helps you, sometimes it hurts you, but it's net net random. Personally I prefer moving button, as it is on ACR and PS, as that way every hand has 2 blinds.
