Hi, I'm just after a little advice really.

I only set up an account with ACR the end of March this year and am looking at cashing out in the next month or so. Bearing in mind I live in the U.K. and don't have to worry about bitcoins and such, is a bank transfer the best way to cash out??

Also, I have a Drivers Lisence but I don't have any utility bills (it stipulates you need both to verify account) does this mean they are going to say I can't cash out?

It seems a little strange that they will gladly let me deposit on the account with the the same bank account but then in order to cash out you need a utility bill wtf?

I've never had that issue with any site before.. I seem to remember Stars making me enter my passport number but that was it.. meh my own fault should have probably reseacrhed a little more instead of being blinded by rakeback and deposit bonuses...

Not 100% on this but, I believe the accept a cell phone bill instead of a utility bill. Call or chat support and explain your situation and see what else they will accept besides a utility bill.

TBH its completely normal you can deposit with ease and to cash out is a little more complicated. You do need a utility bill of some sort in most sites inc sports books.

You will be able to use a mobile bill but you should contact customer service to discuss with them
