Hi I've never had an account on true poker and I'm trying to create an account. I download the software and click create new account and nothing is coming up. When I try and click cancel the log in screen also doesn't go away. Is this some type of glitch they're having?

I created an account on ACR and think they use the same client. Seems the software runs okay on my desktop but not on my laptop.

Same thing that you are mentioning, login screen seems to freeze. If you get it working, you should get some pop-ups complaining that the security certificates are invalid. Click ignore a couple of times, and the client will then run correctly.

Also anyone here know how to fix the security certificate warning thing?

Try installing the software on a different machine to see if you have better luck.

Fire up IE whether that's the usual browser you use or not. Go to tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Clear SSL state. It's a temporary fix in that you might have to do it again and again to get it working, but it does work sometimes.

With regards to the certificate. Instead of ignoring it. If you click details and then download the certificate then it shouldnt come up again. Ignoring it will just mean it will ask for verification again.

Installing it gave me some type of "SSL revocation error". I did some searching in the forums and people have had similar problems in November.

Is there a fix and detailed instructions?

is there a way to move the login screen out of the way so you can actually see those options?

Yes the best way imo is just alt tab when the login screen is there. This way you can see all hidden windows.

I just downloaded ACR and all I see are the Play Money accounts. Also can't deposit real money. What is that about? Do I have to talk to support first?

You may have downloaded the play money client. Which site did you download from?
