I have not received a rakeback payment since depositing on BCP 3 months ago. I have contacted customer support over email twice and multiple times in the Live Poker Support chat, to no avail. I still am waiting over a week for an email response, and no one in chat will give me any information. When I ask to talk to a supervisor, I am ignored.

As I'm typing this, a customer support agent on chat by the name of "Marcos L" has told me he would help, then proceeded to make me wait on chat for over an hour and now has stopped responding to me.

I want to know how I can contact someone in management, preferably over the phone.

Hopefully I'm not waiting a week to get a response on here as well.

I just got through to a supervisor on chat who gave me the vip@blackchippoker.eu email address and told me to email that as well, though I've been doing this for 2 hours already today just to even get to a supervisor. I've sent ANOTHER email, if you can help speed up that process at all or get me a phone number I would be so appreciative.
