After reading multiple threads with a variety of concerns regarding stability could we post full details here so it can assist in resolving the problem?

I'm guessing they need:

PC/mac
Operating system
Ram
Processor
Graphics card
Anything else?

If we all participate maybe we can have the issues resolved. The more detailed the report, the better the likely response.

Let's leave the sarcasm for other threads if we want a more stable environment.

Cash games:

I select the option to "sit out BB"

If the player to my right sits out his BB while I'm under the gun then my BB is posted and I'm still sitting in for another orbit.

The BB should skip me and I should be sat out.

In tourneys the bug still exists where you will be moved to a new table and dealt a hand UTG, but no buttons appear to act on your hand. This seems to have something to do with the action being on the UTG player so quickly before the table has completely loaded. When this happens your hand just times out with no option to fold/call/raise.

if you're multitabling and one of those tables is an OD tourney if you're moved to another table in the OD tourney that popup shows up on another table that isn't the OD tourney and completely debilitates you on that table (if it's your turn to act you can't click anything)

I've experienced the software freezing/becomes unresponsive and I must run task manager, kill the client, and restart my pc then re-open the client in order to reconnect successfully. If I do not reboot/log off my pc the software remains unresponsive upon reopening. Many times I have been unable to reconnect for up to 20 minutes despite multiple restarts etc... (while I have 15+ 6 handed sngs running and registered for 25 more that still run while I'm d/c'd) and sometimes once I'm finally reconnected my tables do not automatically open, I have to manually find and open each game. Since December 1st I've experienced well over 50 instances of the software crashing/freezing on me with anywhere from 5 to 25 tables and costing me in the hundreds. I've submitted my log files to support several days ago.

I'm also hardwired into a 100mgbs up and down fiber optic internet service operating off a Netgear N600 gigabit router with the latest firmware.

currently taking 5 seconds in gametime after i click fold/call/raise before the software acts. watching the timebank run down after acting is incredibly irritating

Bull**** 5 sec delay / freezing / etc. Cost me multiple HU SNG thus far. Refuse to play until fixed. PC working PERFECTLY and am posting this as my BCP is minimized frozen.

clicked all in out of the BB and instead of going all in my timebank went from 20 to 0

and that's the story of how i folded KK in the BB

not a bug but needs fixed, i have mentioned it once before: You guys assign "hotkeys" to the bet, fold, check/call buttons as F1, F2, and F3, i really like this feature. However, there is absolutely no use of them with the way the software is designed. If I stack my tables and the next table pops up, I can not click F1, F2, or F3 to define my action as I should be able to, instead I have to left click the table first to give it focus. This is absurd, the table that pops up should already have focus and I should be able to click one of the 3 to assign my action. There is no point in having them if I can't do this. Please fix this asap, it would make multitabling so much easier and the use of third party hotkeys would be way less of a demand, for me atleast.

takes like 2 min to leave a table and have your funds available.
