Money missing making transfer to sportsbook!

I went to transfer a few dollars from my poker to my sportsbook and got the following message:
An error occurred during the transaction, please contact support, error: Invalid Merchant id or Invalid User Authentication / Please check your login credentials.
Now my money is just missing! its not in my sportsbook or poker account.

Been waiting on some support from live chat for about 25-30 mins now ...

Got put back into poker account the next morning, sent me an email telling me i have to wait until 8 am est, and they got it done around 8 30 am.
