major problem with bitcoin cashout major problem with bitcoin cashout

I just recently signed up for a few bitcoin wallets (circle, coinbase, and blockchain) and have used it to fund and move money a few times from WPN skins. On Friday, I requested a $950 cashout via bitcoin (blockchain) from true poker. The other transactions I have made were completed same day so I contacted support that evening who assured me it would be completed the next day. On Saturday, I initiated another cashout for $50, and it went thru an hour later. So i contacted support again to see what was going on. The support member confirmed my phone number and said they would contact me within the hour. That hour passed and i again went to the live support. This time they told me it takes between 24-48 hours so if I don't receive anything by then i should contact them. Well 48 hours had passed so I again contacted support who told me the cashout had been approved and sent to bitcoin address "12nujaGrxxMU3aJn4DZWcTwFjrRNjp5t9i". That is not the same address that I gave them for the $50 cashout which is concerning.

Now I'm in a tough spot and I'm looking for advice. I'm not very familiar with bitcoin, but I'm pretty sure its next to impossible to contact the person that owns the bitcoin address that my first cashout was sent to. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I also have some concerns about WPNs cashout process. I can't figure out how I could have input that address into their client without it being mine. It is very difficult to type out that full address so of course everyone copy/pastes their wallet address from their bitcoin account into the client. So where did I get that address from if that is indeed the address I gave them?

I'm also concerned that I received a different answer from each support member. The first 3 members did not think to confirm what address my cashout was sent to which makes me feel uneasy. I'm already uneasy playing on this site for other reasons, but this experience really gives me the feeling that something sinister is going on. I'd really appreciate any suggestions, because as of now it appears I'm out $950.
