Good to know. I was not aware that the money stays"in the system " That is entirely fair so i apoligise if i said anything negative i didnt mean it.
I know its random and itd be nice that once you decide to bring them back that you keep them long enough so that we can see a winner. Thatd be pretty cool

Re: Jackpot Poker!
Yea I mean the reverse could have been true, they could have instantly hit a million and then had to pull them taking a loss.

Re: Jackpot Poker!
I experienced a bug yesterday with jackpots. I registered for two $10 jackpots at the same time. I got the message "your request has been interrupted" or something to that effect. It did not show that I was registered for anything, and $10 was missing from my account. After spending 15 minutes or so speaking with Roger on support, he credited me back the missing $10. He said that it appears that when it failed to register me, it only credited one buy in back. Please make sure this issue is fixed. I recommend to never select to register for 2 or more at one instance until this issue is resolved. I just wonder how many times this has happened in the past without anyone noticing it.

This happened to me when I was trying to sign up for them one at a time. I talked with support and they would not give me a refund immediately, and said they would automatically be refunded once the issue is resolved. It is very concerning that your issue happened nearly a month ago and is still happening today. I am also not sure why you were able to get a refund and I was not.

That could actually be a good sign that a fix is near and mass refunds are coming. I have no inside knowledge to say that is in fact the case though.

I definitely hope that's the case. There's no telling how many times this has happened to tons of players over months of these running on the new software. I'm just glad I caught it, and I really hope that you're right about mass refunds.

Re: Jackpot Poker!
Maybe it was said before - but are HUDs usable in the Jackpots? My PT4 does not seem to import anything, are we all playing without HUDs?

Re: Jackpot Poker!
Make sure your PT4 is updated to the latest version. It should work now.

Re: Jackpot Poker!
I think it is a bit ridiculous that these do not have a check/fold or fold to any bet option. Almost as if it had to be left out intentionally to not let you multi table as effectively.

Re: Jackpot Poker!
Seriously though, does anyone else care to or maybe a WPN rep care to comment on what I posted? Why the hell isn't there a check/fold and fold to any bet button (after the action passes through you and you no longer see any value in your hand)?
This is CRUCIAL if you want to 10 table these without it being too crazy to play optimally. I can't stand having 5 tables pop up as I'm in a big hand on another, just to make a fold I deemed I'd be making 20 seconds earlier. I'm just imagining those tables not popping up with a meaningless click I have to make. Currently, the lack of these buttons (which are present in tournaments, sit & gos, and cash games) in these jackpot sit n gos are absolutely tilt-inducing when tilt is not something you can afford in these already super high variance games. Throw us a bone WPN.

Re: Jackpot Poker!
They should be, but the lack of proper action buttons that you can find at cash tables/tourneys/sit n gos, such as the checkbox for 'Fold to any bet' and 'check/fold' when you've deemed your hand trashable makes it very difficult to multi table as effectively as you can those other traditional games.
I'm still waiting for a rep to comment on their absence. I understand there is a different software for the jackpot sit n gos (which is buggy as hell sometimes, too - table just doesn't load or disappears and fails to reload if there is a slight lag), but I don't understand what the excuse is for leaving these crucial action buttons out of this separate software - it's still Texas Holdem, and it is a structure that calls for these helpful action buttons as much if not more so than the aforementioned normal holdem games on the site. It is a super hyper turbo, essentially.
Others who play these....am I taking crazy pills or do I have a point here?

Yes they did take the chat button off the cashier for some reason. You have to go to the website to find it, but it's still available there.

This issue has been happening for at least 10 months, and most likely hundred of thousands of dollars have disappeared from players accounts with no refunds. And while requesting a manual review from WPN can detect some of these errors, not all of them can be detected. There's no reason to play jackpots on WPN when you have to deal with buyins disappearing from your account every time WPN's software encounters an error.
