One way I think will work, baring a difficulty with the way PT stores results, is to take the odds of each prize pool occurring (not all, just 99%+ of games) and then calculate the EV of first place for the corresponding stake.
From there's it's about figuring out the database query to target jackpots and mass update the first place result to the calculated EV.
Same thing applies to 2.0s, albeit more math to calculate the EV per position.
It's not too difficult if one has at least basic knowledge on databases. I could do it, but as a recreational grinder, I'm not motivated enough to tinker with it.

Also, the way the HUD pops up on these and 2.0s is annoying. The HUD doesn't position to the right player and with multiple tables you have to assign the right HUD to the right table. So last night I switched back to no HUD. My results graph is obviously still messed up, but I felt relieved being HUDless.
