Seriously unless I get refunded I'm done playing these things. The time is in there about 1217 to 1218 AM (Mountain Time Zone).



It feels like straight up robbery. It's not a disconnect problem it's the damn software. It keeps freezing at times. WPN can check the hand history and see that xxSTEPHANxx took advantage of this glitchy software to min raise me over and over.

are you saying there is a glitch where you can see the action but not act? or that it completely freezes and you have to restart client?

The latter. Freezes out and I have to restart client. The worst part was when I tried to restart client it showed the "downloading" bar so I had to keep trying to close and reopen it.

I've had the software completely freeze on me where I've had to restart the client multiple times. I never tried complaining until once where the jackpot tab wouldn't even load for me to be able to "Take My Seats" when I had a 2:1 chip advantage. I tried talking to support who told me that it's not a problem on their end so they won't refund me.

Yeah sounds terrible that they advertise up to $69 games, but you have to cross fingers to hope that it even runs smoothly. Like I said previously there's already enough variance playing this format, don't need to add outside interference to make it worse.

No, PT will need to issue an update because the HH format is different.

Would have been a great opportunity for WPN to put the prize pool information in the HH since there is no record of it available to players.

Why is it not possible to set up your own custom bet keys, like 2.7 bet, 67 percent of the pot etc.

Also, it is not possible to add notes during jackpot poker games.

Windows 10. It did it again today. I just had to close the client twice through task manager and open it up a third time waiting for the slow loading jackpot tab to open up so I could click "take me to my seat." It's ok I only lost some of my big blinds heads up.

It's like I'm receiving a golf handicap for playing this archaic software.

Do not know if it is what happens to me or not but what I have found that caused my lock ups always happen this way. If I am playing multi tables of jackpot and one table finish for me either I lose or win. If I close the window using the X in the corner I lock up. If I close the window saying join or do not join a game from the pop ups and then close the window from the pop I never lock up.

Of course when multi tabling I always forget that and close a window with the x so even knowing it I still lock myself up with the software.

Could an ACR rep please comment if fixing jackpots are a priority for ACR? It's been over 4 months since spins were taken down, and the current version of jackpots are terrible. Some jackpots will lag out while other active tables on ACR are not having any problems. Games have popped that I was not registered for. Inputs will not register on some tables while they work on others.

Given the current atrocious state of jackpots, are there any plans to go back to the previous software that didn't constantly crash?

If they revert back to the old jackpot software it would be the nuts. This "upgrade" is straight up garbage.

In my last three hours playing jackpots, I had 5 tables sit me out without any warning or popup for my action. I had one jackpot pop where the graphic only took up 20% of the spin window, and it was impossible to play without restarting the client. I also had all my tables crash at once where I had to restart the client.

ACR's spin software wouldn't be acceptable in 2005, and it's pretty terrible this exists in 2017. My computer has never had a problem with software from running multiple other sites, and no problems running ACR cash games even when jackpots are crashing. I had 0 problems with the old jackpot software. And the problems aren't affecting just me, as I've been getting someone blinding off their entire stack about once every 15 games, including regs that are active on other tables.

Is ACR planning on updating and fixing their jackpot tables, or are they going to remain in their current format? As much as I enjoy the weekly rake race, I can't justify playing on a site where more than 10% of my tables have software issues.

Also if they rolled it back would put a damper on their plan for the mobile app that is supposed to launch this month. Think they made these changes for that purpose.

Support not reply to my message i will try here: February 1st i did play 22 dollars mtt and acr just update software middle of mtt and after i log in i was out and support not reply to this complaine. 3 days ago i was in hu 25 dollars jackpot spin and get disconnected i did check my internet and everything was fine.I did write mail to support again no answer.Is on this site normal to get so many problems and its also normal support dont reply?

I messaged PT4 support and they put it on theirs to do list. As a bug #6344... It would be great if more people msged them. Maybe it would be higher priority.

Right now HH are totally useless

Hasn't been on Mac since they screwed everything up with their update around November 2016. They've lost out on tons of rake from me by not having it on Mac, and definitely lots of others too. Also making the player pool smaller and keeping more bad players out.
