I wish they offered more stakes in jackpot. I liked when they had the $1 Jackpot, there seem to be quite a lot of people who jumped in there. I feel like they should offer some microstakes options as well, so people can move up in stakes or do a jackpot challenge type of thing.

If the traffic was higher this might be possible, but as it is the traffic is barely high enough to get games going consistently at the current 4 buy in levels.

Played one yesterday just to see what the new version is like and to put it simply it is unplayable. It reminds me of playing on revolution and that crappy network. If sng 2.0 is going to be like this I won't even bother trying it out.

Usually it's because someone timed out or is sitting out. Still is a bug and shouldn't work that way though.

Additionally, anyone playing jackpots at around this time be careful. It may not be an issue for the rest of you, but on several different occasions today I've had error messages pop up when I'm regging and am charged the buy in but not registered for anything.

Happened this morning in a $25, and a little bit ago with a $40. The 2nd person I spoke to in live chat was very helpful and got me my $65, then immediately the same thing happened when I regged 2 $40s and I'm out $80 and back on with live support. Anyone else experienced this?

Advice for those that may experience this are be persistent but patient, provide support with approximate times it happened and watch your roll carefully when buying in if you get a "request interrupted" type message. I found Rod to be most helpful in live chat. Effy S. made things happen as well when I experienced this on a larger scale last week. I'd ask for Rod if possible if person you're chatting with is having difficulty getting to the bottom of something.

anyone tried holdem indicator with these? not exactly sure how that software works but it might do something considering how hard they are going at bovadafying the games

This has happened to me 8 times in 2 days.Registering and getting the error message and taking the money and never putting me in the tournament. Contacted acr on twitter will see what they say.

Just very politely harass the living **** out of live support until you get someone not useless that's willing to get your money where it's supposed to be in a reasonable amount of time. Don't be rude, try and be patient, play nice, all that, but def be persistent, and use that platform imo.

This is actually ridiculous. I got the message a few times over the last couple of days and didn't really think much of it because I'm usually running a bunch of things at the same time. Now i just registered a $40 and got the message and I now realize that it means they take your money and don't pop your games. No idea how much money I'm out to ACR from this bug.

There is no way to even track these games to even try and figure out how much money these ridiculous bugs have stolen from you. Absolutely absurd situation.

I'd see if they can work with you. It took me 48 hours last week but I got a large sum of money back when I tried to reg like 14-16 and my account got chunked big time. I received more than I thought I'd clicked by a small bit too, so they did an honest job. Fortunately I was catching mine as it happened so it was probably easier for them. I'd tell them approximate times if you can and request it be investigated.

Unforunately I have can't really estimate when it all happened. I just know I got the bug periodically but I did not realize that it was debiting my account.

Hmmm had this happening to me last night who knows about Friday since I was playing drunk probably did not even notice when it did.

Support tells me to send the logs and to do that do cntrl+alt+shift+y and that all sorts of messes up my client. After that I am unable to open my client at all get an widows message that client preformed an illegal operation. Reboot did not help had to reinstall the client so pretty sure they never got my logs.

Anyway they said the escalated it so we see if I get any of my money back.
