I've been grinding up this bank roll for about 2 or 3 months now and lost it all in Jackpots in a matter of a few days. I was so tilted I punted the last $30 off in the casino.
It was fun, but I don't care to lose this much money this fast and will no longer be playing these. How is everyone else doing? It's hard for me to believe there are many people beating these games..
Hi... Here are my results/trip report so far for the JackPot SnGs (OldmanRiv3r):
Games played: 1013 (all at $2)
-graph only shows 869ish, another 144 on my laptop-
ROI (no rewards etc): -7% (-$41 buys in/ -$82)
ROI (with rewards/deposit bonus):
-.005/-$5
Graph Below (can only really show CHIP ev PT4)..... The first 700 games was 12-16 tables (sorry for the slow play if anyone at my tables), last 300 games @ 6-8 tables (feel this will be optimum)
Trip Report:
My background is 50K+ 6 max hypers & 35K+ HU Hypers. My feelings are the $2 games will be very low ROI if not break even over a larger sample (rake & if you don't hit a decent Jackpot), I too expereinced some very sick stretches but as the variance is catching up to each other (good/bad). I plan on playing a few more weeks at the $2 (3K game sample) to work out my open/defend ranges while fine tuning my HUD then move to the $10s & $40s.
Good: Very fishy & bad regs not understanding HU or ranges (ex. open shoving Kx @ 20+ BB deep)
Bad: The site freezes a bunch during games many times everyday since the launch causing disconnects all the time. With the very low ROIs this does not help
Ugly: The variance is really sick, used to sick variance but these 1,000 games has shown me variance of epic proportions (both ways LOL)
**The worst thing about the freezing is when the Jackpot is rolling, then it freezes for a second or two on $5,000 then unfreezes to the $4, heart wrenching...**
