I wouldn't have imagined how silly the bot makers can be. It's so easy to write an AHK script for auto-accepting the deal - watching the Youtube video from the first post of the thread is enough to understand what the dialog window looks like.

1. Check if a certain pixel of the window, located where the 'Deal' button is supposed to appear, is green at the start of a tourney (as it's green only when a top-3 JP hits and the 'Deal' button appears).

2. If the pixel is green, emulate a mouse click on it.

3. Enjoy the variance reduction.

I've been playing Jackpots on and off cause it's fun and convenient. With a full time job and 55-60 hour work weeks, it's nice to be able to play for a bit once in a while from your own couch. Anyway, woke up yesterday having played 410 $10 ones with 11.4% ROI. Opened up my 2 tables (Saturday morning favorite) and saw the first one spin up to $60. Nice! Then the second table was an unfamiliar color. At first, I thought it was stuck and about to turn the usual blue. Then I realized that I was playing for $2K and someone already clicked no deal.

Ended up going heads up, blinds 40/80, my opponent with 548 chips to my 952. He shoves from the button, I wake up with King-Jack of Spades. Easy call. He has 66s. Runs out 3/4/5/Q/4 for $1,500. Fold SB and down to 364. Get shoved into again. A/10. Call. 66s again. 4/Q/2/K/K.

TatasGracias? I think not. Still though, I had just a 2% chance of even playing for so much. But a deal would have been even nicer ($800/$600/$600).

Jackpots are not working. Called in to support cause it's just going in circles. Was told to uninstall and re-install the application. Did so. No change. Called again. Robin said that she has no idea what the other person is talking about and that the Jackpots have been down for hours. She recommended I not even try to play until it's resolved. :/

This maximizer thing is a joke. With no observer mode and this user unfriendly interface that will only confuse new players I don't know what to think anymore.

When is this network going to stop fixing stuff that isn't broken and let give the people things they want like seeing hands at showdown?

Edit: All I did was go to the registration page without even clicking register four games start loading up my my screen without me even wanting to play? LOL

Don't play the jackpot poker. I played last night and won a $40 won and never got the money. I also registered for another one that never started and I didn't get a refund. I've contacted support twice and they are completely clueless like usual. After telling me last night that I would have my money in my account by morning, now today support said that they will work on it as soon as possible. So basically, I'll probably never get that $50 because I have no record in my tournament history of playing any jackpots last night despite playing 4 of them.

TLDR: They broke jackpot poker

just tried the new format... who the hell came up with this garbage.. has to be the worst thing i have seen.. Makes it easier for me to stay the hell away from it... It wouldnt even move off of the $2 level. Cant click on the users, cant tag players. plays so much slower. Fire the person that created this please

Did you get your $$ back on the ones that didnt start? Just happened to me, i reg for 3 $2 jackpots, money taken out and games never popped up. Customer support guy had no clue what to do.

Stay away from the Jackpots. Not only did I lose 3 to 4 $2 buyins from games that never started, but just now I entered a No Limit Holdem that turned out to be a Omaha game after I was seated (I never play Omaha). The Live Chat blamed it on user error and refuse to reimburse, even though someone else at my table had had the same exact thing happen. This new update is turning into a huge scam. Stay away!

Yea, i mean im scared to even pull the jackpot lobby up for fear that money will be mysteriously taken out. Im done with the jackpots and apparently so are alot of others: look at the sit n crush rolling numbers at the top of the lobby--the sit n crush has ALWAYS been about a 3 to 1 ratio to the beast, and now its up to about 3.6 to 1. That just shows alot of people arent playing them anymore. I sure hope winning_td or acr rep is reading this thread.

As you can see in the lobby, handhistorys will be unavailable until December 5th. Does this mean that I won t get sit and crush points for spins until that date too, or will this be fixed before in another way?

So i just talked to live customer support again about getting my $6 back for jackpots i registered for but the games never came up. "Ben" tells me he needs the tourny id numbers lol. How can i give you the tourny id numbers when the games never came up? He said not much he can do without the id numbers lmao. Its not the $6 that bothers me, its that this has to be happening to others. No telling how much money has been lost since the jackpots "upgrade".

You should/might be able to get the tournament ID numbers from the software client's financial history section. Click "financial history" in the cashier, select the date range you want covered in the "range picker" drop down menu, and hit "submit". A report of tournament entries shoule be produced.
