Utterly stunning developments. I had too many tables to watch stream but hopefully someone can cliff note this stream as it had a lot of monsterous news.

Much better transparency here, this is what I hoped for

Cliffs:

* - BOSS Postponed
* - Leaderboard pays out now
* - Taking a couple weeks to upgrade servers, won't be perfect, but will spread things out so less things affected less often
* - Rerunning entire OSS Cubed after upgrades
* - Milly price will be cut in half
* - Mobile coming out next week..

i received an email from ACR and it said they are going to spend considerable resources to find out who is behind the attacks. My question is what are they going to do about it if they can track them down?

Like are they going to send them to bed without dessert or spank their pee pee?
If that is what they are intending to do would not that time and energy just be put to better use to improve the software?

I heard from no sources at all that they will make said people read every ACR is rigged email

Well, if it is from a credible company with substantial foot print in the poker world, they should expose them and show rock solid proof. That would likely remove most sponsored pros from the network. If it was disgruntled live game pros with any real recognition, it would likely remove them from the game, at least for a while.

If the attacker was one of the big two, iPoker or PS, then public proof could likely cost them their associations with the live game organizations like WSOP and WPT. Since PS is public, they are under the eyes of regulators and this would bring about a serious issue for them.

A small traffic network would probably have little impact on their bottom line, but would further cast doubt over the industry. They may even have recourse with the KGC. Most importantly, to air the proof would also give WPN more credibility since there is a fair amount of conspiracy theorists that think they are out to scam the players.

There are also more nefarious ways of explaining how it was the wrong thing to do to the perpetrator. Personally, I would absolutely leave them on the table.

Why? If it was your business, would you not try to find out who was attacking you? It would be outright foolish not to try to find out who is behind it.

Is there any way or maybe sending out the information that he's going to stream earlier then when he goes live? I understand he may not be able to answer everyone's question but it would be nice to let more people interact otherwise he could just make a YouTube video and post it.

Might as well spend that 10 Bitcoins and actually improve the site instead of some BS. Just imagine what kind of coder you could hire for 10 Bitcoins.. This software would actually match PS.

I really doubt $43k is all it takes but a bit off topic

I think this is a wonderful idea by Phil, especially to rerun the OSS games. Looking forward to having better servers and lessening the affect of the damn dossers.

For $43K....you're not getting a whole lot of coding/programming done.

You probably aren't being held for that little bit of a ransom either.

$43k Today but next week it'll be $50-60. That's a years salary around here and I'm sure in India its a few years. Not looking for a brand new software but I'm 100% sure 10 Bitcoins will get it up to par.
