i cant log in.. i have to alt control delete it.. whats up?

Ok this seems to be happening from time to time. Try and move your client as there could be a security alert behind it. Try that if not let me know and i will get IT support to help.

it signs in from time to time.. but mostly no. ive tried all three clients and none work. i tried moving em and nothing happened. i have no security alerts

same thing happens to me on one of my computers, but not the other one. Not all the time, but about half the time.

same here i have been trying to log in all morning and it wont let me click on the log in button and when i do click it nothing happens its so frustrating becuz this happens waay to often

When this happens use the ALt+tab and look for the security certificate. Once you see this then click yes yes.. Everything should work fine.

Same with me

SNG lobby not working correctly. I click on 'tournament name' or 'buy-in' and it doesn't adjust the lobby like it has previously. Nothing happens.

It appears that you no longer have to click them to adjust, the lobby is automatically filtered to have the highest buyins at the top all the way down to the lowest buyins. After someone registers, the sng will be brought to the top of the lobby.

I'll keep playing with it then. Should get accustomed. thanks.

after update, log in, open 3 tables, sit, one table will freeze ultimately freezing the whole client - i'm on acr

Any chance you can get me a screenshot of this issue? No one else seems to be having a problem like this?

I also have been informed that with regards to the security alert. If you make sure your windows is up to date then this should be a fix.

yup, in an unrelated issue, do you have any leeway with 7capital? i've been trying to get my card unfroze and they haven't answered an email in 2 weeks. Feel free to PM me i don't want to clutter this thread

So I am visiting family for Thanksgiving and decided to put in a small session before going to sleep. I usually play on my desktop and have never had a problem logging in. However, as I am traveling I have my laptop instead of my desktop.

I was having an issue logging in and remembered seeing a couple threads about a similar issue here. I managed to fix the issue by trying a couple of the steps provided.

First, follow the steps in this post:

Then, restart your PC and open the client. As Winning_TD mentioned earlier in the thread, you should be able to find the security warning behind the client at this point. You may have to alt + tab, move, or minimize the client to see the security warning.

Hope this helps anyone else having this issue.

i upgraded my computer and now my tables no longer freeze

***edit*** nevermind still freezes, although today it didn't do it immediately

For the past few days the # of registrants in the SNGs (still registering) does not update - you never know how many people have already registered.... ie how close to full the SNG registration is.
