Hello. I was having problems with Holdem Manager 2, specifically it cannot connect to the postgresql. I fixed this by uninstalling postgresql and HM2. My profiles seem to be saved, but my hands are gone.

I tried going to my Hand History under my Black Chip Poker Username to upload them. I tried to upload the .txt files, and it seems to have only picked up the last tournament I played.

I need all of my cash game stats back. What can I do?

I was told to email support@americascardroom.eu with the subject line of hand histories and ask if they would send them to me by online chat.
