Your server was having issues around 10:30 today.
I was registered for a $110+4.50 HUSNG, and a $60+1.25 HUSNG. I was unable to unregister from both of these due to the site's problems.
Knowing this could be a problem getting my money back, I sent support an e-mail stating:

I'm sending this e-mail b/c the site seems to be lagging and I need to head out. I'm currently registered for a $110 turbo heads up and a $60 hyper turbo heads up. The software issues are not allowing me to unregister from these tables. I hope to be refunded these two buy-ins once the issues are corrected.

I came back six hours later to find a reply to my e-mail:

Please log out and log back in, you lost connection with the server that's why you can't unregister . Currently we are not having any issues of that kind.

I'm thankful your team wishes me well.I'm also glad your site isn't having any issues four hours after I sent my e-mail. Unfortunately, you were having issues when I needed to unregister and log out, and I lost both buy-ins due to the connection problems.
I'd just like my two buy-ins back. (I play under the name GoodLuckHaveFun)
