So.. 15 people left in the tournament. I'm in 5th place. I have both tables open so I can observe the play at the other table. Player 15 gets eliminated and I am the person chosen to switch tables to even them out. I disappear from my table and did not go to the other table. I think I was just straight up not in the tournament at all for multiple hands. Then all of a sudden I see my screen name at the other table in the lobby but I cannot see myself at the table. I was being blinded and anted for multiple hands when I could not even see myself in the tournament. I freak out and call the 1800 number immediately. The guy tells me to restart the program, which worked, and I should have thought of. Still, this was a huge inconvenience to me. I lost plenty of chips, I missed multiple hands, and it put me on tilt. Granted, I ended up getting knocked out in a cooler (KK vs QQ). I feel this greatly affected my tournament results.

Below is the screen shot of my table with out me in it and the lobby showing that I am seated at the table with all the other players. I sent this to ACR to see if they can do anything but am not hopeful.

I remember something like this happening to me. From what I could figure, because the second table was already open it didn't refresh to show me moved to it. My solution was to close both tables and then click take my seat button rather than closing the whole client. Sue wish WPN would just invest their money in completely new software rather than keep dumping money into an old client with a face lift.

I've had this happen as well. I assume they are in the process of building software for the entire site, as jackpots and 2.0's are completely different. I'd guess these are basically beta tests for what's to come. Changes are way faster in the new format, so here's hoping.
