Betcris is a skin just non american players, Heritage rejoined after equity poker died like a month ago but they used to be on there in the past. Did not check 5d recently but would be surprised if they are gone.

Heritage is a garbage option though because they dont even give you fpp let alone other promos but if they are the only book you have funded you could fire up some mtts on there.

5Dimes is gone now and Heritage is new. But Heritage gives no rakeback or rewards so it's silly to play there really.

There is also Fab Poker which is a private skin and Pokerhost.

The owners of the skin(FabPoker) only let their players play there that are part of their tournament staking group.

i know of True, blackchip, americascardroom, Pokerhost (former merge skin turned wpn after merge had withdraw issues last year), betcoin(however they recently stopped poker), and fabpoker,.. im pretty sure there are more out there but these are some i do know about.
