I just want to point out I'm in no way upset by this as I'm already completely done with BCP. Just think it's hilarious.

I am clearing my account due to bad customer service and asked via live chat how long it would take to receive my withdrawal

I have some funny e-mails/chats from them also, and was disappointed with the customer service. I had to twice request to talk to a manager/supervisor and also requested that english be the primary language they spoke because 1/2 of them couldn't understand simple questions. I'll give you that although bcp support is fast and tries to help, it doesn't in the end help when 50% of them can't speak/understand basic english and actually assist you with the problems. I don't think you have to worry about your money though, I got into it with them worse then that and I never had my account in jeopardy and even after that I didn't experience anything different variance wise on the tables.

Didn't find it that funny to be honest. Looks like you were busting their balls for using the word probably. They just don't like to paint themselves into a corner in case it goes a day or 2 beyond. What's the matter, you don't trust online poker site to give you your money? Pffft.

You think I'm asking to much for a company that holds million on deposit belonging to other people to be able to tell me when a transaction may take place to be a little more specific than "next couple of days probably"?

I could list incidents of just how awful their customer service is and I've been playing there LESS THAN TWO WEEKS!

Not to mention the software glitches that cost me over $200 this weekend

They are making enough money from people to invest in training some staff and addressing customers needs but evidently these are not good for profits and won't be getting addressed, hence my departure.

If you find that chat funny, you have a pretty weird sense of humor. Pablo C is a support person not a payment processor. He was as definitive as he could possibly have been.

+1
This, and if you think the customer support and payment processing will be better anywhere else your kidding yourself. WPN has the best support/payment processing for all US sites.

Without a doubt... I've cashed out many times since January and the longest one was 4 days til it hit my debit card. Fastest was 30hrs...

Which, if you haven't already applied for the debit card, I'm sure we will be seeing a thread about how long the cashout process takes...

Lock took 7 months to pay me...

<3 WPN <3, even with the glitches and issues...

^I didn't come off right, above...

I DO hope you get your money from the glitch day and you get it fast!

Hi im not customer service. Im sorry that you feel like this was bad customer service. To me this all seems pretty fair as we have a lot of people to service atm so if he were to tell you that its going to be done today and it wasnt done that day, i feel like that would of been worse. Me personally, i take CS very seriously and i feel we are very good. You may think im being biased but it is not that. I hope that you resolve your situation. Only better things are coming to WPN

I think you need to wake up do a little reading and understand the current state of online poker in the USA as well as how payment processing works. It's unreasonable to expect a CS rep to give you a precise date and time to receive a payment. However with little research you will find that there is nothing to worry about at the moment getting your money off of WPN.

OP has obviously never talked to Lock CS.

I think WPN has very good CS compared to the other US sites currently out there. Yes, there may be some issues sometimes, but nothing like Lock that's for sure.
