I blame WPN for telling me I was blacklisted when that clearly wasn't the case. It would have saved me a lot of time and maintained trust just to say that MG deposits weren't working. I got a rep to finally admit that the problem was on their end, not mine and that they knew that I wasn't blacklisted.
I have problems depositing money with an organization that isn't honest with me.
Customer service wasn't honest with me, customer service knew they weren't being honest with me, and the foundation of gaming is honesty and trust. My problem isn't that they've had problems with MG, it's the fact that instead of telling me so in the first place and saving me several hours in trips and calls and time talking to customer service, they told me something that was objectively untrue.
