BlackChip is having some serious connection issues for me. Unfortunate that this happens on the day of the High Five Main Event. They should redo their Sunday schedule next weekend, and just cancel what they have running ATM.

Connection is shoddy. I'm in now but I can't check cashier or send money but I'm in the tourney.

Peak traffic shouldn't be anything insane right now. There are less than 235 players registered for the $150K Main Event and their server cannot handle it, but they want expect to get 2,000 runners for the $1M GTD in December?

Something doesn't add up.

I just hate how this happens during a series that only runs twice per year.

can't access the sports book, irritating. god forbid they give us a way to get to the sportsbook without going through a ****ty poker client.

I can get the client to open but I can't click on anything.

It's good to know the CEO has time to troll us but they can't get it together enough to have a reliable connection on Sunday. I guess when we miss the the 25 seats gtd tourney from the Beast nothing will be done.

was about to late reg the 150k ME and some others but I dont wanna deal with a bunch of random disconnects and time outs.

i called they said to just keep trying for an hour. i don't understand why wpn has so many software issues!!!!!!!!!!! Guess i won't be playing any more tonight. cutomer service great, tech support and software very unprofessional and tilting to say the least.

True it is not but funny the reasons support gives it seems to never be a flat out our software suck's for life and just wait... Always some other my CPU related issue

Instead it takes the players to group together on here or keep auto trying for hours... Very frustrating

Site goes down a lot. They need more stable servers and/or bandwidth.

I'm thinking of trying out ACR. Is their website www.americascardroom.eu ?
I haven't been able to connect to it.

Maybe this is a good thing. Nice to know they have huge issues, so I probably won't bother.

Cashier doesn't work and HTHUSNG are loading 1 per hour at each buy in. Something is seriously jacked.

Everything will be fixed in an hour. It's always an hour per support but usually never within that time.

Oh well, they really need to fix this stuff and no poker software client should have to be reset a few nights a week for updates.

If they are doing an update.. not sure why they have to do it on a Sunday when they are running their biggest tournaments. I was lucky enough to finish my tournaments an hour ago. I wasn't able to access the cashier the hour before that. Now I can't even log on.
