Pretty easy decision to take all my money off this site. Maybe I'm wrong, but shouldn't they get this taken care of before they let anyone play again? The two more times it went down tonight is unacceptable. The fact that they would not get this fully resolved tells me they are in this for a short term cash grab, and not the long run.

I'm not even getting repsonses via email for a couple days and the live support says to move the arrow to the right but i lack one. I guess I'll have to go to Bavada and learn to run w/o hud.

tells me they are either irresponsible...or...they don't really know why it is happening because if they did know then they would not bring it back online until it was fixed and if they do know why it is happening and haven't fixed it but have brought it back online anyways...that does damage to their reputation as a quality site for players to play at...and that is pretty irresponsible from a business model perspective...

While I hear and relate to your frustration, I highly doubt they're in it for a short term cash grab. All in all, before the last week, they were considered to be doing many of the right things towards gaining market share. They've been slowly turning the lipstick on a pig software into something more playable (choose favorite seat addition for example).

I think it's mix of a lot of things, and undoubtedly there were probably some preventative measures not taken that led to the possibility of this happening. While I know they can't prevent every situation no matter how hard they try, I agree the instability has been unacceptable but this goes unsaid. The larger issue is in fairness to how people are reimbursed imo.

WINNING TD.....thank you very much for checking in on this thread and providing us with info as to whats going on over there, i can only assume its a living nightmare for you guys as you are being bombarded from all angles by all of us wanting to play or wanting our money and my question should be very simple as its not regarding the site issues or crashes but rather in regards to the double or nothing sng's that ive had no luck getting much of any real answer from the customer service reps when ive asked SO ILL ASK YOU AS IM SURE YOU HAVE THE ANSWER:

In regards to the $15s (turbos and nonturbo) and the $30s and even the 6 handed $50 double or nothing tourneys, these all disappeared last week sometime and im not really sure why. At first i was told theyd be back up the following morning as it happened with a server update but then nothing happened the next few days and then this weekend and early this week all the site crashes happend so im sure if that was on the agenda it got pushed to the bottom of the concern list (as it should). But PLLLEEAASE tell me that these tournaments are not gone for good as they are virtually all i play and for whatever reason the $20 double or nothings are only 12 handed versions and literally no one plays them EVER. The 15s and 30s were getting frequent traffic and i was able to play 30-40 of them a day at only 3-4 at a time. I cant imagine that you guys are doing away with them but if thats the case can you please explain why? And if i may just provide a tiny bit of feedback: the 12 handed ones i dont know that ive ever seen fill up, so if the goal as i assume it is to make the most money possible and get the most tourneys to fill up as possible then lets bring back the 15s and 30s and $50 DorN's.

It took them over a year to implement these changes and they are still not even close to what they players have been asking for. This reminds me of the movie Casino, when the yokel gets fired from being in charge of the slots. Either WPN does not listen to the players and only does the bare minimum to keep their traffic where it is, keep costs to a minimum, and hoard cash, or they are too incompetent to give us what we want. Either they are in on the scam or too stupid to see what is going on, either way, I'm out.

i know ur not sitting on here 24/7 watching for posts to respond to WINNING TD but next time u check the thread i just wanted to bring back up my question a few posts back about the double or nothings...

We dont think you are intentionally stealing from us. We are saying the way you guys do even tournament chops (when clearly things were NOT EVEN), is essentially equal to stealing from us.

This is our livliehoods. The money we make from this is the only money we have. When you take that away from us in an unfair way, we consider it stealing.

And if you see this situation any other way, you are blinded by the sunshades of your company.
