well i'm sure a lot of you are in the same boat as me as even tourneys i was in that got canceled are not being refunded which is complete and utter stealing. i was in several of the OSS events monday that got canceled with before late reg was over and they are saying that they are non refundable. i did get refunded $30 for two bullets in a 15 dollar buy in early sunday. but that is it. they emailed me a spreadsheet showing me what can and cannot be refunded and they show refunds that are not even the buy in being given and i have received none of those. what really burns me is the canceled ones that aren't being refunded, several of which i had a top five stack. also even some i cashed in feel like i've been robbed as i wasn't able to play any hands or raise pre just to get folded later in the hand. please people be strong and don't give these sites any rake and especially no new business. ACR rep if you're out there i recommend correcting all of these issues and making us feel like valued customers not trying to get out of this without making things right. how do you cancel a tourney and not pay out or refund???????

Fortunately I think I've been able to benefit from this so far. But really just a roll of the dice as things are going right now.
For the moment I'm trying to cut down the number of sngs/mtts that I'm playing at once to minimize the risk of a dc and be able to find my tables quick if the site crashes.

Fwiw I've been really pleased with the refunds. Quick and fair imo.
Obv it would be nice if they could fix these issues, but at least WPN is trying and seems to actually give a ****.

I need to clarify here that Mondays issues were all refunded. Once again we are not here to steal anyones money. When i cancel a tournament whilst its running or in late registration the system automatically refunds as per our terms and conditions. The one issue here is that you wont be able to see that transaction through your clients transaction history. The automated refund usually takes about 30 seconds after i have cancelled.

why do you release new gimmicks like spin to get in? but yet the players don't know if the tournament on sunday is going to be lagging cause you haven't fixed the same problem that you have had for the last 5 years?

When you say that we have had for the last 5 years. Do you mean the issue we have since Sunday and then before that over 1 year ago pretty much with a very rare problem in between.

As much as I hate this site for keeping a perm record of the thousands Ive lost there, he has a point. Between last year and now there weren't any problems. But it pleases me to see you deadbeats get so excited over something so trivial in the grand scheme of things.

Winning TD. Will I receive refunds for all the sngs I have disconnected from. If so, how must I go about it. Looking through hand history and finding every game I've disconnected in seems like a very taxing process considering I have had a high amount of disconnects/frozen tables.

We are working still on refunds for alot of sngs. It is a slightly different kettle of fish but rest assured we will be refunding everything and everyone.
