Im not sure how many times i can say the same thing. The tournament was suspended whilst still in late reg. When we cancel any tournament it is automatic and will pay out depending on the state it is in. We do not have the capability that if a tournament was running to turn back time and move it to late reg.

I am assuming you are 100% correct and the tournament was still in the final minutes/seconds of late reg. You(WPN, not you personally) owe cheeseking compensation for dealing with the ridiculously unprofessional, abusive, and flat out untruthful customer service rep. your rep lied to him, end of story.

I think you have a good point.. However it wasnt being lied to it was a moment i am guessing of pressure and not being able to deal with it and giving wrong info.. I will pm him to offer some compensation

and yes i am 1000000000% sure it was in late reg!

This is just not true.

I am 100% positive I checked and the registration was closed.

Another player confirmed it with facts of his own.

Additionally, the client says the tourney ended at 9:37 pm. It started at 6:15 with 2 hours of late reg, so the registration had to be over, even considering the breaks and the lag.

Thus, we are owed money by ACR, plain and simple.

Winning_TD, I used to think your word was good, apparently not...

A recent update has embedded the financial history page into the client, instead of opening a separate window like it used to. Problem is it hasn't worked at all for me since that update. Anybody else?

Yep. same here for at least last 45 minutes - try to log in and can't get beyond "configuring". Tried re-installing and still the same problem.

Same problem here

I've had this problem before, but it was months ago, and there were many, many posts here.

They announced it would be down for 4 hours this morning for system upgrades, 6-10 AM east coast time.

Pretty sad that ACR can’t provide a simple pop up saying “Down for Maint” instead I get a pop up that says you need to try the auto download while opening the site as normal or if that doesn’t work try reinstalling from website. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalled to get the same error? Tried the MAC version and i get a pop up saying "trying to find server"?
Only to find out on 2+2 that there down for maint.
WTF OVER!

Hello, our department in charge is still working on some of the updates. This should be fixed very soon.
02-13-2018 , 03:28 PM
I talked to the chatroom service op. She was clueless about the maintenance downtime. You'd think this kinda shi* isn't rocket science, but it's always the same.
02-13-2018 , 06:59 PM
Has anyone gotten their rakeback since the downtime.

If still struggling with re-install, run the exe file but before installing save to location with name ACR instead of AmericasCardroom. That worked for me
02-15-2018 , 05:49 AM
What is this "An error has occurred, please try to log in later" message.
02-15-2018 , 07:22 AM
I am on an MTT table, but no cards are being dealt.

Anyone else getting "AmericasCardroom.exe - Bad Image" prompt after client fails to start? Anyone know what this means? Thanks.

Having the exact same problem if I uninstall and reinstall I can log in one time but if I close the client and try and open it again I get the same error as you..support has been no help so far

Same thing here -- reinstallation works for 1st run, then client updates a bunch of files and I get the same "Bad Image... DGBHELP.DLL is neither designed to run... " on 2nd/subsequent runs.
