After over a week and 5 emails I finally get a response saying I won't get any refunds. My tables freeze and if I restart my client I may get locked out for an hour and never get a chance to resume so I waited 30 minutes. The same freeze had happened minutes earlier and my games started normally. There are times when I know I won't get refunds even though they are probably deserved and I play with the knowledge that every month I will lose some money due to circumstances that I cannot control because of the buggy software and servers. In this instance I actually felt there was almost no chance I wasn't given some kind of refund but I was sadly mistaken.

I am experiencing a lot of bugs tonight. I was in the middle of a HU cash game vs seriously a WHALE and I was up about 4 buyins, then suddenly my slider for betting disappeared, and my only option was check/fold/or MINBET/MINRAISE.

WHAT. THE. FLYING. FAWK.

Not to mention, the same thing cdfj described^ in previous post happens to me DAILY on WPN. I've also tried to get refunded for it to no avail. It is incredibly tilting and costs me money for sure. I hate our government for making this crappppp network the only decent one to play on for Americans and it still is GARBAGE.

I'm talking like literally once every 20 minutes, the tables have icons disappear as they freeze, and the timer is only thing showing....then they SOMETIMES suddenly snap back to full functionality after about 1 minute......AND SOMETIMES they just don't snap back AT ALL and it's on me to CLOSE EVERY SINGLE TOURNEY/SNG, FIND THE "RUNNING" TAB FOR EACH ONE, AND CLICK "TAKE MY SEAT" TO GET BACK TO THE ACTION. THIS IS TOTAL CRAP AND IT REALLY SUCKS THAT THE NETWORK HAS NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF IT. I have heard now a few others here complain about this, yet all ACR support tells me is "nope nothing on our end." When it happens to me, I definitely miss hands, and I can't tell if others have when I return. It SEEMS that they haven't.

Are there a lot more people experiencing this? So far I've seen about 5 people report it on 2+2 and talk about the horrors of support basically shrugging it off.

WTF. Deep in 8 max tourney and on several cash tables. Software kicked me out and cannot get back in. 2 away from the $$$$. When will it end?

I thought they at least did a good job with the DDoS attacks letting us know with updates/popups....I mean kinda at least.

Now these bugs are just happening and they don't seem to give a damn. Very scary.

Hahahahaha so I log out, log back in and it's back up. My chips being stolen, with about 200 less than when freeze happened. Other players at table said it happened to them too, but they got unfrozen while I was logged out and logging back in.

THAT IS JUST GREAT, THANKS ACR YOU PIECE OF CRAP.

guess it was just my client. Closed and reopened tables fixed it. Never know whether to sit and wait or do that.

I'm frozen in the $215 Sunday Special.

Tourney lobby took forever to open. I thought my internet was messed up, but everything is working fine except ACR.

Another DDoS attack?

definitely something they need to address on a couple levels.... 1) stop it from happening in the first place; 2) it should not require secret handshake knowledge to get back in.

Yeah, the having to close the table/reopen freeze happens to me daily, not sure about you guys. And I mean like 5-6 times through a 4 hour session.

Agreed. I mentioned earlier that people who don't have access to that information (for example, they don't know about poker forums) must really have a hard time.

how many effing times are the tables going to freeze on me. Maybe it's because my internet hiccups for 5 seconds sometimes? Or maybe not. Fix your software and i'd double or triple my volume. Winning software is incompatible with 3rd party software, just buy merges
